Weather didn't cooperate but place was outstanding. First floor made it easy to get to beach and pools. Sauna, jacuzzi, pool and gym conviently located in adjacent building. Condo in excellent condition. 3 nice size bedrooms each with TV.

Clean, great location on the beach, had pretty much everything you will need. first time to Sea Colony a little confusing related to separate check in and recreation fee/check in. Communication with owner/host good. I would recommend.

Hi Cathleen, I'm not sure what you mean by separate check-in and recreation fee/check-in. All of that information is clearly outlined in our Welcome Guide with instructions and it is also clearly visible in the description of the condo with the recreational fees charged by Sea Colony, not us.

The convenience of this unit cannot be beaten. We have stayed in a half dozen similar units in Sea Colony over the years, on different floors and different buildings. This was definitely the “easiest” of them all. The main downside to the location is the noise on all sides, since there is so much traffic, but this is easily solved with white noise machines or an app on your phone. But seriously, being mere steps to the nearest pool entrance? Awesome. Closeness to the snack bar? Great. Stocked kitchen? Yes, thank you. The upsides more than made up for the downside. Just plan ahead and you’ll be fine!

Great visit

We had a great time- the location is great - loved walking out the back door to the pool area and beach. The amenities at sea colony were great- loved the work out facilities down the street.

Great set up beautiful ocean view. Host went over and above to communicate. The place was so nice. We were able to enjoy a nor’easter during our stay.

Perfect location for family

The room is located on first floor and has direct access to courtyard area which had a quick walk to pool and beach. Love the small Town vibe. Great spot for family getaway.

We’ve stayed in several sea colony rentals and this one is the best! Perfect for a family! Close to the beach, the pool and the deli!

Great location to pools and the beach

Donna (host) was very responsive and keeps up a nice property. With first floor access, you are steps to the pools and the beach. Would recommend.

Beautiful, comfortable condo. Lots of extras for the kids like video games and table games. Very well furnished. Owner was extremely friendly and responsive.

Off season at the Sea Colony Resort

We were looking for an oceanfront rental to visit to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary and this property checked all of our boxes. We had a wonderful off season stay at the Sea Colony.

Beautiful weather and excellent accommodations. Would give highest rating. Easily one of the best places we’ve rented in the 10 years we’ve been going to Sea Colony. Great location, clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Amazing weekend!!

Everything was just perfect in this beautiful condo! It was so easy to walk right out to the deck since it was on the 1st floor! It was so nicely decorated and all the beds were super comfortable!! The owners were very easy to work with and were available as needed. We will definitely come back again!

First Time VRBO, First Time Beach Colony

Very attractively decorated, kitchen well stocked, beds very comfortable. Wonderful location, exit right onto the promenade area, easy access to pool and beach. Host, Donna, very responsive. Overall, a really good experience, would highly recommend this unit, these hosts..

Great Location, Nice property

The location cannot be beat! Literally steps from the beach and pools! Host was very responsive and texted us updates regarding the property, and offered an early check in, since it was ready for us a bit early. We certainly appreciated that. Would absolutely rent this property again.

Immaculate condo with stunning view

I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Not having sheets was inconvenient, but everything else was stellar. Fully outfitted kitchen , comfortable home, updated, clean.

Sister's weekend

I stayed at this property with my 3 sisters for a "Sister's weekend" and it was perfect. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and roomy. Its location was perfect--so easy to walk out to the beach and only an 18-minute walk to the Bethany boardwalk. There were also 5 restaurants within walking distance. We totally enjoyed the weekend and I would book again.

Girls Get a Way

Property was well maintained. Condo exceeded expectations. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything you could need. The condo was very clean and Donna, the host, was super responsive. Great stay and I will definitely stay again.
