This property was perfect for a family of different age groups. It had more activity amenities than we thought. The outdoor space was fantastic, whether you are fishing or wanting to stay away from the mosquitoes in the screened patio. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely location. Bright, clean and shiny, great communication with host, well-stocked with basic supplies, garage full of chairs, kayaks, etc. We had a wonderful time!

This was a beautiful house on a corner lot with lots of canal access! Communication with the house was great. The property was well stocked with lots of fun extras like paddle boards and a kayak! Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway!

Amazing sunset view! This home is a hidden gem. It was very clean and well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds super comfortable. We loved the screened in porch and the sunny pier. Already thinking about booking again for the future!

This was the perfect property for our 8-person family getaway. We had 5 adults and 3 kids. The upstairs room with multiple beds was perfect for the kids. They loved all the room to play. They also loved jumping off the bulkhead into the canal. Sitting outside on the screened-in porch while it rained was wonderful, and it was also a great place to get away from the mosquitoes at night. The sunsets from the outdoor porch were fantastic! The kitchen, table, and living area were big enough for everyone and all our cooking. The beds were comfortable courtesy of mattress toppers. Plenty of pillows, and we appreciated the smart TVs in each room. We appreciated all the water toys, beach gear, kayak, and second fridge/freezer downstairs. Having multiple bathrooms was also convenient for us to get ready. It was also well equipped with accessories (toiletries, paper products, soaps, etc). Really there were only a few very minor drawbacks: the king bedroom doesn't have an ensuite bath so you have to go down the hall (and that shower is pretty small), the grill is propane which was nice but it's in pretty rough shape and is rusted up on the grates, the wi-fi is hit/miss (not very strong signal) so we had some interuptions on the TV (not terrible just a few seconds delay). Overall, we loved this house; the location was great, and it was very much worth the price we paid. We had a fantastic vacation, which was accented by having a wonderful place to stay.

We had the BEST Thanksgiving getaway here! The house was spotless, beautifully kept, and so thoughtfully stocked. All the extras:plenty of toilet paper, laundry detergent, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, trash bags, and even an additional washer and dryer made our stay incredibly convenient. The cute bows placed around the house were such a sweet touch!The layout was perfect for our group. The two downstairs bedrooms worked wonderfully for the adults, while the upstairs gave each kid their own bed and space to spread out. The house stayed nice and cool the entire stay, which we really appreciated.The home was also very easy to access, perfectly secluded, and in such a peaceful location,yet still just a quick drive to the grocery store and anything else we needed.The host checked in during our stay, was very easy to communicate with, and made everything smooth. We even ended up extending our stay by a day because we were enjoying it so much!We also loved all of the outdoor toys and games. From ping-pong and cornhole to washers and long days of fishing from sunup to sundown, there was always something to do, and our kids had an absolute blast.This place was exactly what we hoped for, a home-away-from-home where our families could relax, play, and make memories. We’re already talking about making this trip an annual tradition!

Everything was very clean and had plenty of room for 8 of us, AC was great, evenings outside on the deck were awesome would go again for sure.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this vacation home. Fishing, paddle boarding, relaxing at home, and only minutes from the beach. The home is well stocked - kitchen, laundry, linens, vacation accessories like boogie boards, beach chairs, life jackets, fishing gear, even a crab trap. We went into Galveston a few times for activities, but the local restaurants and stores are very convenient.
