Every bedroom has a Lull Memory foam mattress to help the guest get the best nights rest they can. With the king suite, and two queens in the other rooms you will not ever have to worry about small uncomfortable sleeping arrangements.

Note: you have your own space upstairs with a private entrance. The basement is being rented to a military couple. They over look property. Please be kind to the separate spaces.

So, Whether you stay inside and enjoy the beautiful home or care to take it out to the backyard. The patio is covered with pretty lights and patio furniture. Privacy fence all around the backyard so the kids can play freely.

You will be able to park in the garage if needed.

Enjoyed our stay.

Great place to spend the night while traveling. I chose this house as it has a fenced back yard which was great for our dog. Enjoyed the nice beds and soft sheets. Everything was so neat and clean and smelled clean. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Conference Trip

We had a wonderful time with our trip. Bryce was well prepared and communicated everything prior to our arrival. He was available as needed and followed up with departure reminders. The house was just as the website stated, beds were super comfortable and house was clean. We will rent again!

Nice Stay

This was way better than a hotel! Nice comfy mattresses and plenty of space. The only things I would improve on is the front door keypad intermittently stops working and to clean the bathroom vent and cupboards.

Loved this house - July 2022 - Me & my pup. Will def go back!

Loved this house & yard. 4 nights. Nice, quick get-away from Denver. Great location. The window A/C unit in the smaller bedroom did a great job cooling the whole house. I did bring a small 6" fan for the very large kitchen. I did notice quite a bit of dog poop around the backyard fence & also in the front yard. I let owner know that it wasn't from my dog. Loved the comfy bed! Will definitely go back within a year.

Spectacular Stop in Cheyenne!

This was a wonderful place for us for a golf tournament JUST around the corner. Pet friendly, clean, and easy to access are all perks of this great house for 3-5 people.

Looked just like the listing. Clean. Good beds. Great location which made it easy to get groceries, gas, and access to the interstate and downtown.

Great Space!

It’s good to note there is no central ac. It was 91 degrees while we there. There is a portable ac that didn’t do much to cool off the space. Other than that it was amazing.

Brunch place

We stayed here two nights to visit friends in the area and were very pleased with the fully fenced backyard for our two golden retrievers. The yard, both front and back (especially the front) had numerous piles of old dog poop so hopefully that will be better attended to. Nicely furnished, comfy beds, great shower. Basics only in the kitchen, if you want to cook bring your spices and teabags, etc. There are nice pots/pans and dishware. Beware that the lower level is rented, and at times the renters are noisy but it was not a problem for us. They have a dog (or two) but that was not an issue either. We had a problem with the sound on the tv, but it was easy to communicate with Bryce and hopefully he will get it fixed. Overall a nice neighborhood, great to walk around and to the park, near everything.

Excellent stay in Cheyenne

This house is clean and spacious with the bonus of a fenced back yard, which was wonderful for our little dog. There are 3 bedrooms with lots of closet space and the beds are very comfortable. Nice bedding and plenty of fluffy towels. The bathroom is spacious and has two sinks, which is always nice. The kitchen is large, storage was more than adequate, and the appliances were nice and all in working order. Something else I always look for is a number of electrical outlets, and this house has plenty, and one of the tables has built in chargers. We were able to plug in two laptop computers, a printer, and charge a tablet and 2 cellphones. The location was great! It was off the main, more heavily traveled streets and quite close to some fantastic parks and locations for walking. We had a couple of minor issues and the owner was easy to contact and was extremely prompt to take care of our concerns. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Cheyenne.

Amazing place

This is a gorgeous house! A beautiful neighborhood , a gorgeous backyard. Nice garage for car!! I just wish the communication would have been better as there was a small hiccup with getting into the door. But I'm sure that will be resolved for future guest. Definitely recommend this place for sure!!
