Fantastic view and location easy to get to anywhere. The place has a nice homey feel with a great backyard. Within in walking distance to a local brewery.

We loved staying here. Comfortable, well equipped house in a great area, convenient to hiking, restaurants groceries. The outside space is very nice with a view of the mountains.

We loved the quiet, private and convenient location. The house was comfortable and clean, and the patio area is great too. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen with everything needed to cook and prepare meals. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again and hope to do so!

This house is perfect..spacious, well stocked, comfortable, multiple sitting areas and outdoor spots to nature watch..birds, deer, Javelina..all with the Sedona Red rocks as a back drop. Quiet neighborhood close to all the action. 10 out of 10!

Beautiful, scenic views from home. Very clean, comfortable beds, roomy inside and out! Home was extremely well equipped. There were even hiking sticks and an assortment of sun-hats. Great variety & delicious local fare. Strongly recommend for seclusion yet close-in for desirable amenities.

Great place for families

We enjoyed our stay at Thunder mountain retreat! It’s a great location for exploring Sedona with West Sedona being the best side to stay on and being close to everything (grocery store, restaurants, hiking). The home was comfortable to stay in and had all the things we needed and more.

Best place we have ever stayed!

This house was fabulous. Close to hikes but away from the hustle and bustle. View from the backyard was amazing! Could walk to Layla's bakery and Sedona Beer Co Basecamp. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and beautiful views!

What a wonderful home to stay in while enjoying the spectacular red rocks of Sedona. The house was very comfortable - lots of windows - well stocked kitchen - close to shopping and restaurants. Would love to come back and would recommend to friends.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The house is very comfortable and in a great location, close to the trails. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much

A splendid soul-nourishing Sedona sojourn

Great hikes, perfect weather, an unexpected snowfall. Joan’s house was very comfortable, close to town and the red rocks out the backyard. A great trip!

Thunder Mt. Retreat a beautiful place

We had a great time staying at Thunder Mt. Retreat. It was quiet, spacious and beautiful. All our needs were met. Location is great and convenient. We had absolutely no complaints! I would definitely stay at this house again!

Private location

We really enjoyed this house. The location was perfect. We felt we were in a secluded area but were a couple blocks from everything. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. It was comfortable & clean.

Beautiful home

Loved staying here. Great view from the back of the house. Very comfortable and well appointed. Close to hiking areas..Liked being able to park in the garage because it rained briefly during our stay. If you are going to Sedona definitely stay here. Thanks

Wonderful Place to Stay in Sedona

This was our second time staying here. The location is perfect. Close to the main road but far enough away that the only noise is the birds chirping. A wonderful view from the backyard. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Joan was very responsive and if you're looking for a place to stay in Sedona this is certainly a first choice.
