The drive in to the property is a narrow one-lane pathway, more like a bike or walking trail that can be a bit intimidating to navigate. There are many electric switches that seem to do nothing. The main TV was not easy to use. The views are beautiful.

My sister, a friend, and I had our usual crafting long weekend, then they left and my husband came up for a couple of days over our anniversary. He had a great time fishing and, having not stayed there before, was very impressed with the house, especially how clean it was (he doesn't usually tend to notice things like that). He said he'd like to do that more often. I was happy to see him enjoying himself--one more person introduced to the peaceful pleasure of this beautiful house!

Such a beautiful property! The tranquility and peace of this environment is such a gift This home was the perfect stay for our niece's destination wedding at Sadie Lake Weddings! The home was so clean, comfortable and well-appointed! We definitely would stay here again when I'm the area!

Great place to get away. Tucked back in the woods. Plenty of peace and quiet. With just a few feet from the water. There was deer in the backyard and the fish were always just splashing on the surface of the lake. Home was very nice and had everything you needed for your stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Lake Crabapple. One of the best stocked kitchens we have seen in a rental, and the view of the lake can’t be beat. Kids and adults alike enjoyed all of the water toys!

Beautiful and peaceful stay at Crabapple Lake, slept well and got to wake to mist on the water and reflective time in the sunroom. Kayaking and paddleboarding right off the dock, blooming lily pads, wonderful!

The kitchen has everything you could need to make family meals. There are even a few extras in the pantry left by others who have stayed there so they are available for use. I think just about every spice known to man is in the spice cabinet, and there are more than enough table settings to satisfy all needs. It's a pleasure to cook meals in this house!

Home Base for Our Adventure Exploring the PNW

Great location, it was so quiet and peaceful. Absolutely beautiful home & property. Couldn’t be happier, and it was close enough to lots of great adventures. One of our best VRBO experiences ever.

Best place ever

My daughter asked if we could come back every year. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds. The lake view is beautiful. Every thing was perfect! It is even nicer than the photos

The Lake House

The property is on a small quiet lake and is so comfortable and cozy! Everything you would ever need for a getaway! We’ve stayed twice and absolutely loved it both times.

Another fantastic lake holiday

This was our second stay at Gordon’s lovely home. We once again had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the lake, thanks to all of the fabulous water toys! We will be back!

Fantastic House - awesome owner

The house is great and the location is downright stunning. We loved sitting on the deck and watching neighbors float by in their rowboats and kayaks - and keeping an eye out for the bald eagle who nests nearby. You won’t find a better place to stay anywhere.
