The apartment is located on Condado Beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This area is very safe and full of tourist attractions/activities. Surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, kitesurfing, beach volleyball, beach soccer and other beach sports are common along our beach. From our apartment, you will be able to easily walk to some of the top restaurants, hotels, casinos and nightlife spots in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Condado is home to the famed La Concha Hotel, Marriott Stellaris, Conrad Hotel, Caribe Hilton, all within walking distance. In addition, there is many conveniences nearby with includes a pharmacy, a 24-hour grocery store, and a 24-hour convenience store. Currently, the exterior of the building is undergoing cosmetic renovation which would not effect your stay in any way. The pool is open and there is direct access to ocean beaches from the rear of building. There is a Full Queen Pullout Bed in the living room.

What a wonderful site for comfortable stay!Location Location Location: so easy to get around on this stretch of Ave.Ashford. (there's a site security watched free parking too) Combo of pool (semi-olympic, so lots of space for all) as well as lovely beachfront. Balcony view is stunning! Local restaurants with variety of cuisines, include award-winning chefs and historic entrepreneurs ! Enjoyed gym, lending library & 24-hr mini-market on site. Easy taxi -or free city bus- to Santurce as well as Old San Juan. Host had well appointed kitchen & bedroom space . He was easy to contact, if needed. Appreciate it!

Fantastic location, steps from the beach and lots of the city within a short walk. You have a convenience store in the building and a supermarket just a few blocks away. The apartment was in great shape and had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the pool and on the beach. It was plenty big for out family of 3. Our host was a great communicator and the check-in and check-out were super easy.

Lou is a great host -- very responsive to our needs. The building is in a great location -- lots of very nice restaurants nearby, the beach is wonderful, and the pool is very nice. The apartment has a perfect view of the ocean and it's lovely to sit out on the balcony and take in the view and the breeze. The apartment is very comfortable and was stocked very well with necessities.

The room was very clean with all the accommodations you would want for a beach front property. Kitchen was big and fully furnished! Ample parking if you rent a car.The host was exceptional. Very clear with instructions, and quick to reply whenever he was needed. Access to the beach was such a big plus. The gym was an unexpected benefit that I used daily. Highly recommended!

Amazing views and location

Great oceanfront location on the 12th floor. The beach views were amazing and it never felt too crowded. Great launching point for Old San Jauan & El Yunque tours.

Everything was as described in the info on the website.. the place was very clean and in a great location. The staff there were all friendly and so was the host . Very communicative with me and cared that we had all we needed . All supplies were plentiful! Which is the best I have seen in places I have stayed

Apartment is everything as described. The view and sound of the waves made it perfect! Very responsive host, good building security. Neighborhood has quite a few restaurants all within walking distance, plus a grocery store nearby.

Great location, nice place

Close to everything, including a grocery store. Safe, very walkable neighborhood. Building quiets down in the evening. Beach at the doorstep.

Our host, Lou, was very informative, and quick to answer any questions we had. The condo was really nice, clean and well appointed. The view was beautiful, and we will miss the sound of the waves as we fall asleep tonight. The only cons were the mattress was too soft for us. And, it would be nice if there were a few more empty drawers/cabinets for guests to put things. Great place to stay! Thank you Lou.

Beautiful Views and Relaxing Stay

We absolutely loved staying here. Everyone was so friendly, from the security guards to the residents. The location is perfect and has plenty of dining options within walking distance. Lou was very communicative throughout the whole process, which we loved. We would definitely stay here again.
