Excellent stay!

My family stayed at this property during my father’s surgery at UNC. The host was communicative and went above and beyond to accommodate our situation. The townhouse is very clean and comfortable in a very quiet area.

Perfect home base

Great home! Great location! I loved that the kitchen had all the essentials!!! Plus kindly left spices, oils etc Andrew was super to work with!!

Home base

Needed a place to rest, eat, and regroup as our father had surgery at UNC hospital. Perfect place. Wonderful neighborhood.

Wonderful Get away

This year we thought it would be great to get away with our adult children This home was ideal for relaxing and spending time with family It is a beautiful neighborhood to walk in and close to many wonderful places We enjoyed heading into Chapel Hill and the Carrboro market area! Side trips to Durham and Raleigh were also possible due to proximity We would definitely return

The neighborhood is very cute. Andrew was very helpful and quick to respond. 3 adults 2 children….space was great. Very convenient to both events Cute, clean and convenient

UNC Grad 2023

Very pleasant stay in Chapel Hill! Very quiet and safe area. House was prefect set up for our 4 guests. No one ever felt crowded. Thoroughly enjoyed the walking paths in the area. Also very nice patio area out back. Would 10/10 recommend this property- especially for the asthmatic in our group! Love love love their NO pet policy! Thanks Andrew! If your furry family members are staying home- this is a great spot for you!

Very Satisfied!

You can’t top Andrew for speed in communicating and addressing concerns. My primary concern was the mention in a previous review that cited filthy walls. As cleanliness is of utmost importance to me and my family, that raised a red flag. While the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. The walls, in fact the entire condo, was very clean. We loved the neighborhood…very friendly folks reside there! We hope to return!

Chapel Hill Visit

The location of the property was great but we had several issues with the place. We could smell the strong odor of the cleaning supplies used at the condo before we entered. The smell was so overwhelming, it almost made us sick. The walls were filthy, as well as, the pillows and other upholstered furnishings. Lastly, the mattresses and pillows on the beds were really poor quality. It felt like the master bed was going to collapse at any moment.

We utilize a specific professional cleaning protocol in order to maintain a quality listing that is prepared for guests in a consistent manner. If there are specific sensitivities that you may have to certain solutions, please let us know before your stay so that we can accommodate your needs accordingly. We have never had any similar complaints regarding the walls or the quality of the mattresses. However, I appreciate your feedback so we can continue to serve guests in the best, most professional way possible.

Great townhouse

Perfect for our family who was in area for wedding. So much more enjoyable then getting multiple hotel rooms !!!

Nice place in convenient location

The location is convenient to UNC and Duke (visited both). Our host was easy to text and communicate. The community pool was great and an easy two block walk from the residence.
