This well-designed house sits in a quiet neighborhood. The house is 3.5 miles from downtown Carrboro and 10 minutes from the UNC campus. Anderson Community Park is only 1.5 miles with a large fenced, leash-free dog park, 18-hole disc golf course, fishing pond, basketball, volleyball, baseball field, hiking, and open space. You'll find Franklin Street, 4 miles down the road with shops and restaurants like Cat's Cradle and Neil's Deli.

We had a lovely stay here! There are several grocery stores nearby, which was very nice. It was nice to be close to so many things (parks, shopping, and our event location) without being in the midst of it all. The neighborhood was quiet too. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in the Carrboro/ Chapel Hill area! The house is just perfect for what we needed and had everything we needed for a comfy week stay. The home owners are so thoughtful of being dog friendly, even including blankets for the dogs for the sofas. We really loved our stay there!!! We will always be “going to Carolina in our minds”

The hosts are easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is an adorable 3 bedroom with a large yard in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable with extra blankets available for chilly nights. The kitchen is well-outfitted and perfect for making meals in, with a local Food Lion just down the road. The home is well-located, with an easy drive to Chapel Hill sites, Durham, and Raleigh. Everything was clean, spotless, and as pictured and described. I highly recommend this location and hosts!

Short trip to area and this house worked great. Super clean and had all the amenities needed for our weekend stay. Quite / Friendly neighborhood and would definitely recommend staying here!

The house is beautiful and was the perfect spot for a quick weekend during graduate school orientation! We had our dog with us for part of the weekend and loved the little touches in the home, such as the food and water bowl. We would absolutely recommend this property.

The space was so lovely and the kitchen was very well-appointed! We've stayed at a few rentals, and Clay and Angie really thought about everything to make the space useful and comfortable! The back and front yard were great for the dogs to walk around on leash and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. We would be happy to stay here again!

Great place

Super easy, clean and functional home. Great place to stay while visiting our son at UNC. Easy check in, super clean and updated property and just a short drive outside of town.

Christmas Family Visit

Our out of town relatives and their dogs enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of this home while visiting family for the holidays. It was relaxing to enjoy our own space in 3 spacious bedrooms after a day with family at their Chapel Hill home.

Great Location in a Quiet Street

This house was the perfect location for visiting friends in Carrboro. We easily travelled to Durham and the surrounding area. The house was furnished with everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

Super clean, comfortable, Great yard to get our dog outside, excellent communication with host. Definitely recommend and if I were to return to the area again I’d look for availability here first.
