Our stay was great, the view was awesome of the Charleston Harbor, love sitting on the porch every morning!! The house was clean, everything we needed in the kitchen to cook, would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely wonderful stay!!! We have been staying at one of these units for the last 12 years and finally able to stay in this unit, which is now my favorite! Bill has everything you could need inside and outside, a wagon and all the beach things, even a well stocked first aide kit (which came in handy with toddlers needing band-aides for boo-boo’s). Thank you and can’t wait to stay here again!

Charming cottage filled with personality plus. Beautiful views, comfortable porch and cozy environment. This was our 9th visit over several years and we always feel fortunate when the cottage is available. Highly recommend!

Very clean. Everything you need is right in the home. Charleston is a 25 minute drive. A lot of restaurants within 5 minutes to 20 minutes away. Walk a few feet out your door snd you are on the beach. Several chairs to set on and take in the beach. A large screened in porch to sit on and watch the cargo ships go by.

An excellent location. Condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The views and sunset are wonderful. Screened in porch, very comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Very cool and fun place to stay! Loved the old world charm. It was like staying at a relative or friend’s beach house! Felt right at home. It is equipped with everything you need for cooking and comfort. Only downside for me was the property is adjacent to the public beach access, so there was a lot of coming and going…especially on the weekend. Sullivans Island had been on my list for many years. Very glad to have visited.

This place was fantastic. Beautiful old south charm, including Taint Blue on the porch ceiling. Plenty of room for 2 adults. Easily the best equipped vacation home I’ve ever stayed in. If you couldn’t find it, you didn’t really need it. It’s also a very low key island. No hotels and limited rentals. So if you like feeling more like a resident than a tourist . You’ll love Sullivans island.

Awesome Location

After an initial snafu that was quickly corrected, we totally enjoyed this delightful spot. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable and homey. Loved the beach.

Wonderful beachside cottage

Watch the ships entering and leaving Charleston harbor with historic Ft Moultrie next door and Ft Sumpter easily visible. Lovely beach access cottage that welcomes travelers with charm.

The apartment is very nice , great view of ocean and harbor. It’s at the quiet end of the island . The apartment has character and is cozy with nice furnishings , books , movies and more kitchen supplies than you would ever need, also many beach chairs , etc on the back porch. As the building is over 100 years old it is not the most quiet place we’ve stayed , mainly hearing the loud walker staying upstairs and an occasional loud car coming to park nearby to get beach access. This is a great value on the island as there are not too many places to rent for only 2 people . We would stay here again .

This is our favorite place to stay when we're in the Charleston area! Check-in is effortless, and the condo is cute and clean. We love having a full kitchen with all the appliances, dishware and utensils we need to use. They recognize that their guests are on vacation, so don't even ask you to strip the beds on the (always chaotic and rushed) morning of check-out! Wonderful place, wonderful owners.

Washer was broken so did not use. We did see few red ants in kitchen and bathroom. For the age of the place thought it was well taken care of.

This was the perfect get away place! Right on the beach, chairs to watch the sunset every night and a screened in porch for lunch and dinner. This had a great cottage feel, very clean and had everything you needed!
