The host was proactive and helpful. The location is great. The beds and pillows were more comfortable than most rentals too! Be aware that the stairs are spiral and a little tight, and there are wider and easier ones outside.

Great location, my granddaughters enjoyed the beach and there was plenty of room in the house for all of us. Everything was very clean. Host was awesome, great communication.

Host was quick to respond to all questions we had prior to arrival and all communication while there. House was clean and has adequate spaces to gather with plenty of room for our 3 generational family to have fun all together at the beach and exploring all that the island has to offer as well as the surrounding area. House is close to the beach access path and has a large back yard for kids to play.

Our family stayed here to celebrate a 90th birthday and it was a perfect setting! Very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to get to great restaurants and sight seeing. We were also able to enjoy sitting on the beach and swimming in the ocean which was all incredibly close to the house! Our house was very prompt in answering any questions and the house had more amenities than all the other houses I have rented over the years.

The host Linda was very good and communicated frequently if we needed anything. While there were a few hiccups along the way she did a great job of rectifying and making things right. One thing that was not clear to me was that you do not have access to the highest balcony so just know that you cannot see the ocean from the property, however it’s only a 50 yard walk to get to the boardwalk that leads to the beach and the beach there is great. The screened in porch in the back was nice to use if you wanted to be outside and enjoy the sun. The house came with plenty of amenities and places to rinse off from the beach which is important if you have a large group. Overall I would come back in a heartbeat, and the host did an amazing job of making us comfortable. The house easily held the two families that stayed there.

Had a great weekend celebrating our daughter’s graduation from C of C. Only wish we could’ve seen the ocean from the house. Picture must’ve been from a drone. Otherwise great house with plenty of space to spread out.

The house was perfect - there is more than enough space and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms! The walk to the beach is awesome and it's an easy walk to town to the local bars and restaurants. You never really need to get in the car again after arrival. The home was clean and had all the necessary amenities. We will look for this house again in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

Wonderful stay! The inside stairs were a challenge for the older members of our party, but Linda was a fantastic host very communicative and went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice time.

We loved our stay at this beach house. The host maintained excellent communication, the house was immaculate and everything was in good working order. We particularly liked the set up of the house- the two families with young children each had their own private space. We are looking at dates so we can book again this summer.
