This luxurious waterfront property has an open floor plan, flooded with natural light from every direction, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating areas, your own private zero edge (heated) swimming pool, an outdoor covered dining area, a BBQ grill, a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with Viking appliances, and a dry bar with all the necessary tools to create your perfect drink. Need something quieter? Enjoy a glass of wine while reading a book while basking in the sunlight on the patio or by spending hours chatting while sitting lakeside, or enjoy the breathtaking sunset views with your guests. You will have everything you need to truly make this a home away from home.

The Ritz at Sandpiper Shores home is centrally located with beautiful waterfront views, and a wonderfully landscaped backyard that is made for your enjoyment. Offering the perfect location, this home is close to many beautiful golf courses or a short commute to some great shopping, dining, and other entertainment venues in the nearby community.

Two kayaks can be delivered to the home for $200.

Concierge services available upon request. Need the refrigerator or bar stocked before you arrive? Let us know and we can pre-stock the kitchen or bar with whatever you may need, for an additional charge. Daily housekeeping is also available.

- Doorbell camera and a driveway camera in place at property

No public transportation within the neighborhood, however, Uber and Lyft is readily available for any transportation needs. Additionally, you are welcome to use the three car garage if you choose to drive or rent a vehicle.

Easter Getaway

We expected to show up to a beautiful property per the VRBO listing and in person it even exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home. They had everything you could need and more for a perfect getaway. We are frequent vacation rental users and are owners ourselves. This was our favorite property we’ve stayed at to date.

Awesome Spring Break Getaway

Holiday Stay

This property was beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice!! It was very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, and a great location! Our family loved the heated pool!!! Christian was amazing to work with and we look forward to renting from him again in the near future!! Great rental, one of the best we have ever stayed at with VRBO!

March 2023 Stay / The best property we have ever stayed at.

This property was top shelf from the minute we walked in. Clean and very well stocked with higher end products. We loved every part of the place and the host Christian was extremely responsive for anything we needed.

So relaxing!

We went to go see a Diamondback vs Cubs game and stayed at this amazing home. It had everything we needed. The infinity pool with the waterfall was perfect and at night such a relaxing swim! We have stayed at many VRBO but I have to say this was my fave!!! I want to thank Christian for being the ultimate host and quickly responding to our requests 😊 We look forward to staying here again someday when we can stay longer!!

Amazing, 5 stars plus!

This is the second time that I stay in a property managed by Christian, and the experience keeps getting better. Christian is super responsive, organized and professional. This house is amazing, located in the best place in Chandler, with a beautiful lake view. I would definitely stay here again.
