New custom home built in 2022 - The backyard was just completed in July. New pool, spa, bocce court, horseshoe pits, 1400 sqft' putting green, chipping green, gazebo, bon fire area, as well as gas firepit under patio, barbeque island, cornhole, and ring toss. Newest addition are two playful Dwarf Goats! Plenty of room for entertainment and events! It’s a 5 bed (one used as office), 3 bath home. Set up for events. Large great room including vast kitchen, large island, dining table, huge sectional, and top notch media center. Enjoy all amenities this home has to offer inside and out. The home is situated right off of the 101 highway, which is easy and quick access to anywhere in the valley.


FOR OVERNIGHT STAYS:
- In the bed count, is included 3 queen blow up mattresses. We listed them as additional queen beds in the living room. You can move or set up the queen blow ups where you see fit.

- Pool Heat: $300 for first day and $175 remainder
- Spa Heat: $75 daily

FOR EVENTS:
- Weddings, Corporate Events, Retreats, Yoga, Ceremonies, birthdays etc
- Other restrictions/conditions will apply for varying events. Some may require event insurance prior to booking.
- For events, we base pricing off of headcount per hourly rate
- For events, if also booking common areas of the home, it adds $150hr
- Rates listed for events are seasonal - higher rates possible for larger groups during fall/winter/spring

EVENT PRICING (NOT COUNTING AD-ONS)

Attendee base (fixed) pricing for 1-20 guests: $175hr

Add an additional charge depending on the number of attendees.

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS PRICING (EVENTS ONLY):

5) Pool heat: $300 1st day and $175 thereafter
6) 3rd party services on site: $200

We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pools to is 80 degrees. Please also be advised that in the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heaters will simply shut off to avoid mechanical damage to the heat pump system due to the ice that will form otherwise on the internal coils. The heaters will turn back on automatically when the temperature outside goes back up/when the ice that was forming to cause the shut off melts, but this means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated to our normal of 80 degrees. Even with the cooler temperatures, the pool heaters do tend to keep the pools within 5 degrees of the desired temperature. This turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge. Therefore, please note we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay. The pools have been heating up to 75-80 degrees, which is 35-45 degrees higher than the outdoor temperature.

ACCESS:

- For regular overnight bookings, guests have access to the whole home. However, this is a personal residence, so some clothes and personal items may be left in closets and cupboards. There will still be plenty of room in closets and cabinet space for your stay

- For events: Access is determined by the type of event and how much of the home/yard we are renting out. If renting indoor and outdoor, we limit access to the common areas of the home (minus bedrooms) since guests are not staying overnight. You ALWAYS park through RV gate, into the backyard. You also enter the yard and/or home through the back slider (if indoors is rented)
