Clean cool and comfortable! Very modern kitchen and bathroom. Great base for me and my family as we were in town red drum fishing. Not too far from cedar island boat ramp. Owners were very helpful and available!

Although we experienced an unexpected water pump failure during our stay, the owners were incredibly kind, understanding, and responsive throughout the situation. They truly cared about making things right and generously honored us with another weekend stay. We sincerely appreciate their kindness and commitment to their guests and would happily stay here again.

Very quaint, updated older home that felt like home! Very clean, plenty of room, and a great kitchen with all the cookware and dishware you need. Quiet neighborhood. Love the laid back, quiet vibe of Atlantic. Perfect place for us to stay with our adult kids to go sailing with a couple of boat launches nearby. Linda, the host, was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Property was very nice and clean the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Had a work trip look forward to coming back for fishing.

Great rental

In town visiting family. This was a great rental. We loved the open space and provided amenities (toiletries, kitchen items, etc). Linda was a gem of a host. We look forward to returning.

Relaxing

I wanted to hike some of the MTS trails and this was the perfect spot to stay. The house was very roomy and had great kitchen appliances, a wonderful screened in back porch, and surrounded by the pleasant sounds of birds singing. So relaxing.

A Hidden Gem

Great place to get away for few days, 20 minutes to ferry and beach. Cottage is totally renovated in friendly neighborhood with everything you could possibly need. Xx

Clean and convenient

Was duck hunting out of Atlantic. House slept 4 and had all necessary amenities.... except salt (salt, salt wheres the darn salt :) ). Host and hostess were great! Guides boat was 5 minutes away for early start

Our trip to Atlantic NC

I want to say off the bat these pictures do not do the place justice at all. The house is gorgeous! Linda and Arlynn met us when we got there and showed us where everything was. They are extremely nice and so helpful. The location is perfect if you hate crowded beaches. We only drove about 12min to get to a private beach that was so pretty and quite since not a bunch of people know it’s there. I would recommend this house and the owners if you want a peaceful trip. I will definitely be staying here again.

Peaceful and Relaxing

This was a lovely place to stay. The kitchen is huge and is well equipped, which was great because there are not a lot of places to eat out in this area (the days and times they are open did not suit our schedule). The screened in porch was fabulous and kept us safe from the mosquitoes (bring bus spray!). We had a few issues with 2 of the bedroom doors that wouldn't close, and the bathroom door that wouldn't latch, but we made it work. The owners were quick to respond to all of our questions. If you want a quiet getaway, 20 minutes from a very kid-friendly beach, where you can sleep in comfort and relax, this is the place to go. Thank you for having us! We loved our stay here.

Charming , spacious cottage but disappointed because only the fan was turned on and it was 90 degrees outside . I turned ac on to find it wasn't working. There was an old musty, moldy odor the entire stay. Being highly allergic to mold , this only made me sick. Trip interruption insurance did not cover the mechanical failure and host did not refund 1st night stay since ac could not be repaired until the next day. There was a nice screened porch outback and a few blocks away you could walk and watch the sunset at an old marina.

Bliss!

We visit Atlantic annually in October for fishing. Excellent communication from the homeowners with a well stocked kitchen! Thank you for an excellent stay - I’ve saved as a favorite location & will book again!

Very quiet and peaceful.

Very quiet and peaceful. Just what we wanted. Coastal places like this are getting harder and harder to find. We really enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of the cities and packed beaches.
