This 2020 open floor plan villa home includes a large living space with vaulted ceilings, two bedrooms and two baths, a two-car garage, in-home washer and dryer, screened-in lanai, and patio space. The home is a short walk, golf cart ride or drive to an adult pool, resort-style family pool, neighborhood recreation center, large recreation center, grocery store, golf cart rental, golf courses, racket sports, and restaurants. Edna’s on The Green, Finney Grill, and Brownwood Paddock town square are all within a 15-minute golf cart ride.

• Living area features leather sofas, coffee and side tables, accent chair, and a 70-inch flat screen TV
• The well-stocked kitchen has a casual counter eating area, Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, dish ware, glass ware, cook ware, cutlery, knives, etc.
• Master suite features a king-size adjustable bed with linens, walk in closet, 20-inch TV, dresser, accent chair, on-suite bath with shower, dual sinks, private water closet, and linen closet
• Guest bedroom contains a queen bed with linens, dresser, and closet
• Cozy sunset facing lanai with two padded wicker chairs and table

• Private corner lot with a privacy wall in back and sunset facing patio with gas-grill and table and chairs for four. Cushions to the patio chairs are located in the garage. Please ensure the outdoor gas grill is turned off at the tank (clockwise turns) and at the console after each use.

NOTE: If you normally reside outside the U.S. i.e., Canada, your normal TV viewing will be limited. It is suggested you use another TV app once in the home, like FUBO, YouTubeTV, etc to view programs.
