Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need for a great stay. Communication with owner was excellent. Location was close to Ohiopyle, Fallingwater etc. I highly recommend this cabin.

Beautiful home. This was our 2nd stay and hopefully not our last. House was clean and we'll appointed. Conveniently located but far enough from people. Firepit and hotter did not disappoint. Luann and Kevin were very cordial and helpful.

Everything was super excellent! Host responsive, clean environment, luxury beds, well-stocked kitchen, amenities galore! Lovely rural, quiet location. Hot tub a treat after hiking and biking. A rating!

Luann and Kevin’s log home was beautifully decorated and it was exceptionally clean. The cabin was centrally located to Fallingwater, Youghtoberfest and all our other activities in downtown Ohiopyle and the State Park. We enjoyed the fireplace our first evening, ate pizza on the back deck and spent time in the hot tub on two evenings which were made even better by a rainbow the first night and a beautiful 8 point buck the second night. Luann’s communication, the homemade Whoopie Pies, various coffee choices, candy and all the other personal touches made the cabin feel like home. We will definitely visit again to stay at Luann/Kevin’s special place and continue exploring all that the area has to offerJon & Debbie

The house was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s very close to Ohiopyle Park which was wonderful. It was easy to communicate with Luann and we so appreciated the extra, personal touches including an apple pie for our anniversary!

Cooley’s Cottage was beautiful and very cozy! It has all the amenities to make it feel like home. Luann was very sweet and quick to respond to questions. We loved soaking in the hot tub after a day of hiking and biking. We enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit. It was a great trip and we will definitely return!

You will not find a nicer log home for your stay. Very quiet and a short drive to Ohiopyle state park. Love the hot tub after a day of exploring.

Luann was a terrific, communicative host. Both the home and property are beautiful. Everything was so clean and well labeled!!Plenty of firewood and the hot tub was a great way to end the days!!Will definitely stay again.

The place is stunning. The hot tub is a fantastic evening view to look at the stars. The fireplace is extremely inviting and cozy. Everything about this place is very welcoming and cozy and we did not want to leave. We will certainly be back!

Great spot for relaxing. Hot tub was clean and nice. Bowl of candy and the cinnamon rolls were a nice touch, also the signs with our names and anniversary welcome were above and beyond expected.

Cooley’s cottage was perfect for a getaway with our daughter and son in law. The cabin was immaculate, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. It is close to hiking and river activities (although it was too cold the weekend we were there!), and to local attractions such as Fallingwater and several other Frank Lloyd Wright homes. Luann is an excellent communicator “, answering questions and providing suggestions quickly. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend and would not hesitate to return.
