This house was perfect! Had everything we needed and then some. The house is in walking distance to Publix and only a few minutes drive to Boca Grande. This is a great place for a small family or couples retreat. We will certainly be coming back.

Our stay at this little hidden gem was amazing, from the location to the owner contact. We didnt use the doc but there was plenty of room in the driveway to park our 19ft bay boat with our truck. The pool was nice our granddaughter loved it. Everything was clean and had anything you possibly needed. Great neighbor if you need help with anything. Will definitely stay again! Thank you so much for everything!

The house was immaculate and welcoming. We found the bed to be especially comfortable. All amenities were available and the house is well equipped making meal prep easy. Great location. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you David and Mary!

Great location to beaches, food, perfect for small family getaway, spacious, very clean and comfortable, owners are very communicative, loved having the pool and canal, included everything you could think of - pool toys, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, bikes etc. thanks again!

The home is situated in a perfect waterfront setting. The neighbors, Nick & Karen, are extremely pleasant & helpful. The boat slip fit our 22’ Carolina Skiff perfectly. The drive from the boat ramp, via vehicle, is super easy. The ride from the boat ramp, via boat, can be a bit tricky, but once you learn the points, it’s absolutely lovely. The home is fully stocked, by fully, I mean fully! Air fryer, blender, pots/pans, dishes, glasses, silverware & extras, in case you forgot something, spices of all sorts, cutting boards, pot holders, cleaning supplies, mop, broom/dustpan, towels, beach gear, pool floaties, etc. You only need your clothes & swimsuits. Oh, don’t forget sunscreen. The sun can be brutal. We will def be booking this home again & if you ever want to sell…we’re in! Hugs & thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Wow! This was a great house for our vacation. It’s in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house was very clean as well as the pool and the yard was large and well kept. The furniture was so comfortable especially the bed. The hosts are very responsive and they have provided everything we could have possibly needed. Thank you Mary and David for such a wonderful stay, we would love to stay here again!

Perfect location for us!

The house was updated and nicely appointed. The kitchen had pretty much everything you’d need. It was great being near the grocery store and we could walk to my sister’s house to celebrate Thanksgiving together! We would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful home. Very spacious and clean. The owners quickly responded when needed. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool, riding the bikes available in the garage, and used the kayaks available to explore the canals and waterways launching from the back yard. We enjoyed the variety of birds and the one iguana who frequented the back yard. Being able to walk to Publix whenever we needed something was a treat. The neighbor was very helpful and we enjoyed his two golden retrievers.

Fantastic Location

Lovely property, just where we wanted to be, a short drive to Boca Grande & Gasparilla Island. Very well equipped & beautifully presented. Well stocked Publix within walking distance. Our highlight was the heated pool. Helpful Hosts. All in all a wonderful stay.

Quiet Paradise

This updated Florida Villa was perfect for us. It was very clean, furnished with more amenities than needed, and had some special touches. Close to some of the best golf courses in the area, the beach, nightlife, and a very quiet neighborhood. Owners were great to work with and very responsive. We are looking forward to our next stay.
