CANAL FRONT 3/2 SCREENED HEATED SALTWATER POOL MINUTES FROM THE BEACH IN THE PEBBLE BEACH GOLFING COMMUNITY OF ROTONDA WEST. Beautifully updated custom home, heated saltwater pool resurfaced with new lights, brick pavers, and a pool cage surrounded by tropical landscaping with concrete curbing. Tranquil waterfront views from almost every room where you can enjoy watching the wildlife or fish in the backyard with open lots on both sides of the property for increased privacy.
Gorgeous home boasts open Kitchen-Living room concept with cathedral ceilings and skylights for tons of natural light. Three-bedroom two bath with separate guest wing for privacy from the primary. Primary bedroom has views of the pool and canal, king sized bed, 50" TV, two walk-in closets, large glass and tile shower with bench plus a bonus sitting area with pocket sliders to the pool-lanai. Bedroom 2 has a large king bed, views of the canal and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, one with a trundle underneath for a third twin bed, pool views. There is a protected queen mattress in the garage that can be pulled into the open living spaces if needed.
Home is equipped with all the essentials, 2 dining tables, 2 living rooms, 1 with a TV for plenty of space to sprawl out. TV on the patio so you can enjoy the pool or outdoors and not miss the big game.
Rotonda West-Pebble Beach offers 5 Golf courses, tennis, instructed classes such as Yoga and Mahjong-Bingo events. Beautiful Park that hosts live music and social gatherings. Public Boat ramp and RV-Boat storage. Wonderful location that is so close to shopping, restaurants, Manasota Key and Boca Grande public beaches are a short 10–15-minute drive for fun in the sun or simply enjoying a drink while watching the beautiful sunsets at one of the many tiki bars overlooking the intercoastal waters on the key.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The beaches were close and there were plenty of places to eat. Everything was clean and easy to find. The pool was great to have to beat the heat.Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Wonderful place! Beautiful home and very responsive hosts. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all amenities were provided. We had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed our vacation. We highly recommend this home and would gladly stay here again. Thank you so much to the host for making our trip so enjoyable!

We loved this house. The property is well kept, the beds are comfortable, the layout is great. The pool was advertised as heated, and it was perfect. Will, the host, was superb at communication. We had a couple of questions when we arrived and he answered very quickly. Checkout was a breeze. We honestly would stay here again! The location of the home was far enough away from the city center, but not too far. We got to enjoy some bird watching from the pool, and even spotted some alligators. If I could give this house and host 10 stars, I would.

Had a real nice stay. The house was clean and comfortable, We all enjoyed the pool. If you like to golf the course is close by. Location close to the beaches. Other activities might be a bit of a drive. Will was a great host, if needed anything he responded fast. Would stay again if in that area.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We stayed for 7 weeks, everything was great and the house is set up perfect with the split floor plan and main living in the middle. We loved the location as it was easy access to the beaches and other activities we wanted to do in the area. The pool area was awesome as we spent most of our time outside by the pool. The big covered space out by the pool allowed us to sit outside and watch TV or play cards even when it rained a couple evenings. Will was a great host and replied back very quickly on any questions we had for him. We will definitely try to book a stay here in the future!!!!

This lovely home was very clean and so comfortable. The host was very kind and responded promptly whenever we had a question. It was at a great location close to the grocery store and Boca Grande. The beautiful, heated pool was perfect entertainment, and the grill beside it was great for cooking dinner each night. We didn't have to worry about cooking supplies either - the kitchen was filled with all the necessities. I highly recommend staying here!

Loved this place! The host was great…answered any and all questions we had. Pool and house were clean and beautiful. Would recommend!! 10 out of 10

My wife and I are originally from Canada but have lived in the US for almost 10 years, primarily on the west coast in Northern CA and more recently in Northern NV. We absolutely love FL and the Manasota Key area where we plan to retire someday. Until then we purchased this property to use as well as share with others as the perfect home away from home. We love to vacation and want all our guests to have an amazing time at our property. We are very responsive to any and all needs we are able to accommodate.

It's very quiet and serene, the views are fantastic, whether on the canal or golf course and the close proximity to the Manasota Key public beach and many tiki bars and restaurants in the area to enjoy a drink, watch the sunset, wildlife (birds, dolphins, manatees, sharks, lizards, or gators) close to marinas if you want to rent boats or jet skis, Charter fishing adventures, you name it we got it.

Brand-new king-sized beds in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Xbox 360 for the kids to be entertained after a long day at the beach or poolside.
