Stunning location You could fish off the back deck, that's how close the cabin is to the beautiful Rockfish River sounds!
One of a kind 5 star setting and cabin! Guests who book longer stays a free laundry service is offered.

Only Reserved guests are allowed in the cabin. Hunting and the use of any firearm is Not permitted anywhere on the property.
One dog may be permitted based on breed and weight. 50lb. weight limit for the dog.
Built solely as a vacation home in the Blue Ridge mountains. There is 140 acres of beautiful natural land for you to enjoy. Well groomed trails for hiking/biking,perfect for fishing, kayaking or gorgeous walks along the river. The property is very private, no neighbors even close, you are surrounded by forest and a river. You are close to the Brew Ridge trail, wineries, breweries, skiing at Wintergreen, Devil's Backbone, Blue Mountain Brewery, the Blue Ridge Parkway, golf, hiking.

The house and property are stunning. Was a perfect long weekend getaway with our besties. Only wish there was water access in front of house, but was only a short walk up the river. Highly recommend this river front property!

Absolutely loved this cabin! Wish we stayed longer. So peaceful on the back deck hearing the running water of the Rockfish River. All accommodations as described. Owner is easy to contact and provides great information.

Everything about this cabin in the woods is spectacular! The cabin is spotless, has everything you need in the kitchen, and is right on the river! The view is amazing and the kayaks are a great way to spend the afternoon! Communication with John was the icing on the cake. He is very responsive and helpful! Would love to stay again!

This is one of the best VRBO rentals we’ve ever had. It’s gorgeous! The cabin is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The huge deck overlooking the river is so peaceful and beautiful. It was so relaxing to sit out there and listen to the sounds of the river. It was the perfect place to stay. We want to come back when it’s cooler to fly fish. John is a great host and communicates well. The surrounding ding area is full of wineries and hiking trails and gorgeous scenery. Only 30 minutes from Charlottesville. We absolutely will be back.

Simply perfect!From the location to the house itself, could not have asked for more! The river was so relaxing and the hike along the river path was great. Host was fantastic to deal with and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Perfection for a relaxing getaway!

We chose this property for a girls getaway, and it was exactly what we were looking for. The views were gorgeous even in January! It was easy to see the river from all bedrooms and the living and kitchen areas through big floor to ceiling windows.

Well designed modern cabin on the Rockfish River south of CVille. Plenty of space to amble around with a small beach where you could launch kayaks (provided) or do some fishing.Had great time even though it was a little rainy.

This is the perfect home to relax and soak in the beauty. The light and views from the rooms were stunning. Beautiful, secluded cabin on the Rockfish River

My husband and I spent two nights here on our anniversary trip. The cabin is lovely, with amazing views, as well as having hiking trails right on the property. We were quite comfortable, and John was a perfect host who communicated well, gave great directions, and answered our questions quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this cabin when you want to get away to a very quiet, peaceful, comfortable location.
