Come enjoy the beach views, take deep breaths by the beach. Lets the kids enjoy the pool. Come to Tybee, Come to Savannah! Come to our lovely condo by the beach!

This condo is located in a private gated community located on Tybee's quiet North Beach. The complex is beachfront with private access to the beach. There is a pool, kiddie pool and tennis courts in the condo complex.

This fully furnished condo has a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a nice balcony. The unit is on the first floor. The building is up on stilts about 6 feet, so there are some steps. However, there is a ramp in case you need that. The boardwalk from this community leads straight to the beach and is about one minute walk.
Enjoy the scenic views of the beautiful sunsets, pods of dolphins and pelicans, cargo ships entering the famous Savannah river.

Beautiful Tybee

We had a wonderful trip even though the weather did not cooperate. Nice cozy condo with everything you could need. Loved our stay there and seeing dolphins on our last night was the best!

Cute condo with beach view

My friend and I enjoyed our stay, the place was perfect for us, price was great, location was great, easy walk right to see the beach. Roshan was super helpful and quick to respond for any questions.

This trip was an end-of-summer getaway with my husband to relax and enjoy some time away from home after I had a surgery back in July. The condo was perfect for just the two of us. It had everything we needed for few days, and the location was right next to the beach and pool. The condo had all amenities we needed. I did notice there wasn't an oven (which I would have liked to have if staying longer), but we didn't need one for the few days we were there. If my grandkids had been with us then we might have needed one. However, there was a microwave, stove top, and toaster oven to cook with.The condo community was nice, well kept, and quiet. The pool was great, though a little cool since it is September. The beach walkway is right outside the building from this condo, making it a short walk to the sand. Be informed about high tides, because there's almost no usable beach during this time, unlike other parts of the island where we've stayed in the past. Obviously, this isn't an issue with the condo, just information for others.Water pressure was perfect in the shower. The bed was comfortable. The sliding glass door needs some work (maybe some oil) because it was difficult to open and close.The host was wonderful about sending and replying to messages in a timely manner. I would certainly stay in this condo again.

This was a nice place to stay. It was clean and convenient. Its in a quite and plesant neighborhood. The only thing l would have changed - is there is no oven and the bed was a little more firm than I like. But overall a clean and nice place to stay. I would recommend.

Perfect getaway to lose yourself and all your worries!

This is the perfect location for a quiet, relaxing getaway where you can immerse yourself in the island life, so much so you’ll never want to leave. Local restaurants and shopping in a variety of unique shops full of local artisan made items are easily accessible, just minutes away on foot. No need to book a dolphin tour as we watched them everyday from the shoreline at the unit, playing in the wake of local fishing boats. While the weather wasn’t perfect during our stay, we were fortunate to witness some of the most spectacular sunsets we have ever seen on the east coast. We lost power after a nighttime storm that knocked out the thermostat, but a quick 5 minute call to Roshan had it working again, all done remotely and without compromising our plans. Our only criticism of the unit is that some of the pictured kitchen appliances were not there, but it really wasn’t much of an inconvenience for us. An easy drive into Savannah offered an abundance of unique food options and more evening entertainment. Tybee Island is definitely a hidden gem and is now one of our must-stay vacation spots.

Great communication with host before and during our stay. Condo was very clean, and there were plenty of extra towels and toiletries supplied. Easy walk to the ocean, and a great location on the island.

I have stayed at many VRBOs and was previously a VRBO provider and have always been pleased with my accommodations. I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the unit and the provisions. Photos are provided. In addition to the obvious need for maintenance and just general upkeep the following need to be addressed. The coffee maker did not work, probably clogged due to need for scaling. Both clocks not working, probably need batteries. Bathroom sink faucet was corroding as well as drain which had no guard with trash caught in the trap. A bathmat would have been appreciated as well as at least 1 dishwasher pod. Kitchen chair broken, sliding glass door to deck was in need of maintenance as it was very difficult to open and close. Unit badly in need of paint. Could not watch TV in living area as remote was damaged and unable to change stations. No instructions given as to what to do at check out with linens,trash, etc. WiFi instructions not included at checkin. Did appreciate the beach towels, beach chairs and skim boards provided.

Beware of Roaches

German roach infestation is ridiculous. Complained to the owners with no offer of a resolution for our stay. Do not recommend.

Condo not as advertised

The door handle mechanism on the sliding glass door is broken, falling out & doesn’t lock. I notified the owner immediately. He responded he would inform the HOA & it would not be repaired during our stay. This condo is on the first floor so anyone could enter the condo through the balcony. There were two boards in the condo used to block the door from opening. I found in looking back at reviews this has been an issue since at least 6/2024. The pics show two lamps in the living rm that are not in the condo. The condo is very dimly lit. The shower and shower curtain has mildew. The fan cover over the microwave is broken off. There are not as many dishes as shown in the photos. There are no beach chairs or pool noodles. The owner inquired if I wanted to extend my stay a couple more days, I declined. It’s is close to the beach and the pool looked clean. Walking distance to restaurants. I won’t stay in this condo again.

Excellent value and location

This was our first trip to Savanah and tybee. It was a last minute booking. Very clean and quiet. The beach is amazing and the pool and grounds are so clean. Only negative Kitchen was not well equipped with some basic essentials like a frying pan, making it hard to make breakfast. Overall a lovely place.
