Our stay with Matt was great. The property was perfect for our family and we had some unexpected travel changes and Matt accommodated every step of the way. Check-in was easy and communication throughout the trip was quick and thorough. We will definitely be staying here again when heading to the Gulf Coast!

The place was amazing and perfect for us. This was our 5th time to Perdido Key as it’s our fall break destination, so we moved from our normal rental to this one as we wanted the two twin beds for our boys.Matt was excellent to work with and the place was just like the pictures. We’re already planning on returning to this one if it’s available for next year.

Great place and super clean! Host responded very quickly and answered any questions. Room was ready early and the bus that takes you to the beach/pool was excellent. We had a great time and will be staying here again.

Awesome Vacation!

Loved our stay at this beautiful townhome in Lost Key Golf Club. The location was great. Golf course was beautiful, and the shuttle service to the beach club was a nice and convenient feature. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!!!

Property was amazing- we had a great time. Would highly recommend. This is a perfect spot for your family- it's very quiet and exceptionally clean. The 2 pools and beach club were amazing and really took our vacation to the next level.

Very nice property, close to beach.. can walk. Beach club was great for lunch. Change rd and umbrellas for guests also.. Close to restaurants, golf and shopping but in a place where you’re not in all the traffic of other places… Mp

Perfect Family Vacation!

Beautiful property and great location! Matt and Cindy were perfect hosts with great communication! They even went above and beyond to check on us during the week and provided great suggestions for local restaurants and things to do in the area! I would highly recommend this property and definitely plan on staying there again! Five stars is not enough to rate this property!

We had a great time staying at Lost Key. The condo and hosts were great. The condo is exactly as described. The condo was clean and well stocked. I always love it when listings have extra "things" that may not be included in the description. For example, this condo had extra beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, bikes, scooters, and inside games and kids toys. The only community amenity that we used was the shuttle, which was very convenient. The pool at the beach club was usually a little crowded, which was fine since my kids preferred the beach. The restaurant and bar were closed 2 of the 3 days that we were there, so we didn't get a chance to experience it. Overall, our trip was amazing. We will definitely keep this on our list the next time we are in this part of the country.

Great condo in a great location. The beach bar was especially great, making it almost feel like an an inclusive or hotel/resort style beach vacation vs. your standard condo on the beach. The public access next to the Club House was great if you wanted to use a tent or not have pay for beach service. The condo had all that you need in the way of great beds, enough towels and kitchen utensils. While we don't normally stay at places more than one time in order to experience a lot of various beaches and beach towns, we have discussed staying here again. Definitely worth checking out!

Great house and location that exceeded our expectations!

This house was the perfect place for our month-long stay in Perdido Key. Exceptionally clean, modern and tastefully decorated we felt right at home the moment we walked through the doors. It's a 5-minute walk to the ocean and beach club; and there's also a shuttle service as a transportation option. The Lost Key neighborhood also has its own pool and tennis/pickleball courts and golf course. The location is close by to shopping and many great restaurants that are reasonably priced. Last but not least, the owner could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We look forward to coming back next year!

We only went to the pool once because the beach was a 2 minute drive. I would have liked to have been located on the beach, but the townhome was beautiful and quiet. We have five young kids, and they loved the toys that were left for them to play with and the coziness of the house. There are a lot of stairs so beware if you have trouble with that. It’s a flight from the driveway to the main floor and another flight to the bedrooms. Very spacious, and we had everything we needed there. Loved the sunroom. Had trouble working the tv’s but we didn’t really use them anyway. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!

Amazing Property!!

I wanted to leave a quick note and let you know how fantastic our stay was. From the friendly gate attendant at check-in to all the amenities in the home and around Lost Key, it was first class all the way! The location couldn't be beaten, the home is beautiful and spacious; it was so fun walking to the beach every morning to have our coffee. We also loved the beach club and restaurant that was right on the beach. You could order a drink and watch the sunset. My only complaint is that we didn't get to stay longer; we will definitely be coming back. Thank you again for everything. Jim and Rebecca, Denver, CO

Our family of five had a very comfortable stay. The home was exceptionally clean and we loved the location and family friendly feel of the resort. Check in was very easy and the host was very communicative and made helpful recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.
