During the modernization process, only one elevator will be in service at a time. This will likely result in longer wait times and increased demand on the operational elevator.

Please note that near the end of the project, there will be a period when both elevators must be synchronized. During this time, both elevators will be temporarily out of service. Additional notice will be provided as that phase approaches.

It is important to understand that while one elevator is out of service, the remaining elevator may still experience mechanical issues or downtime. Therefore, any individual who is unable to safely use the stairs for multiple flights should carefully consider whether this property will meet their needs during this period.
