Wonderful place for a family vacation very spacious, comfortable and clean. Convenient to restaurants and shopping centers. Most important the Beach view is perfect. The host made everything easy peasy very polite. I would definitely stay again. Geaux Tigers

Host responded quickly to any questions and was helpful with any issues. Property was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Condo unit and property had everything my family needed for a great vacation.

Not enough parking. Very strict rules. Don’t get on property before check in, you are not welcome.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your review. All of the issues you listed were simply a result of not reading or just not following the policies outlined in our listing, rental agreement and informational email sent prior to check in. You entered the condo before 2:00 on check in day (check in is 4 pm) while housekeeping was still cleaning. You gave us no prior notice, communication or request for early check in, which I let slide even though it is clearly stated in our documentation that this could result in forfeiture of your deposit. In addition, you showed up with more people than our condo allows (again grounds for forfeiture of deposit) and as a result more than the allotted two vehicles, which is clearly stated as a strict limitation, with parking for additional vehicles the responsibility of the guest (clearly stated throughout our forms/communication). We did provide you with a nearby alternative parking option for the additional vehicle once we were informed that you had brought a third vehicle without prior arrangements. We are more than happy to take responsibility for issues that are within our control and fall in our court but that was not the case with issues you penalized us for. Thank you again for being our guest. I hope that you are able to find another property that better suits your needs in the future.

Beautiful, spacious property! Check-in was easy, and the owner was super responsive in answering a few questions we had upon check-in. Comfy beds, clean spaces and nicely appointed kitchen. Definite five stars! Hope to be back at this property in the future!

A great place to stay!

The condo was very nice and well appointed. Great location with restaurants and shops across the street. Kate was very pleasant and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
