Wonderful two week stay

We had an amazing time staying in this well kept beach front condo. Everything we needed was provided and the ocean view allowed us many beautiful early morning sunrises. We will most definitely book again!

Excellent!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my son’s 18th birthday while staying in this beautiful condo. Waking up to dolphins and a gorgeous sunrise right off the large balcony was fantastic. Everything inside the condo and in the community was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

This is our third year staying at Dale and Julia’s beach condo. The view is amazing from the porch. We had everything we needed when we arrived from kitchen supplies to board games. We enjoyed another amazing week at Cinnamon Beach. Thank you! Everything was seamless from booking to check out.

Stunning

Our family of 5 has vacationed in Florida for over 15 years, but this is our first time to the Atlantic Side. It was STUNNING! The beach was NOT crowded!! Everyone within the complex was so friendly. People were respectful of picking up after their pets, which unfortunately you don't see all the time. The condo is just at the top of the stairs, which is helpful when there is a dog involved. We chose not to take the elevator, but there is one available. The boardwalk to the beach is literally around the corner at the bottom of the steps, so very handy when you need to run up to the room for a forgotten item. The condo was a perfect fit for our family (kids 24,21,& 16) & mini Aussie doodle. Watching the sunrise from the master bed every morning and having coffee on the balcony was a perfect way to start each day. The binoculars were a bonus for us to see dolphins nearly every morning. The kitchen had most everything you might need, with the exception of a pizza pan. If you have the opportunity to bring your own spices & cooking oils, that may be helpful, as they are not provided & can be costly at the grocery store. Dale & Julia provide starters of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, & laundry detergent to start your week. The beach equipment in the garage locker was extremely useful as well. There were 4 working beach chairs, beach umbrella, & plenty of toys, buckets, & balls for the beach. Regina does an amazing job keeping the condo clean! It was spotless!!

Amazing oceanfront condo in hammock beach

The oceanfront condo in hammock beach resort was absolutely amazing and was stocked with everything you need for your stay. The amenities included with the resort are top notch and the owners are very responsive to any questions you may have. Will absolutely stay here again

Beautiful condo

We loved being oceanfront! The condo provides everything one could need. Hammock Dunes is beautiful with wonderful amenities. Especially loved the pet areas, equipped with potty bags. The two pools were amazing, and we so enjoyed the Grille for lunch or a tropical drink. Love being 30 minutes from St Augustine to the north and Flagler to the south. Will definitely be returning to Hammock Dunes!

Perfect!

Zero complaints - the listing was accurate, the hosts and property manager were very easy to communicate with, the location was perfect, I really can’t say enough good things. I so appreciated all the little touches like labels for all the switches and a big comfy dog bed for our fur baby. Thanks for sharing your home away from home with us. Hope to be back soon!

Much needed relaxing week!!!

After a difficult time in my life this was a very needed break. We thoroughly enjoyed the week @ the beach! Went to dinner a few times but our time on the balcony was the best! Very pleasant breeze watching osprey, pelicans & dolphins from the balcony. For September temperature was actually very pleasant!!! Looking forward to a return visit in 2024!!!!

Fall getaway

Ocean front with stunning surf and sunrise views, very comfortable, large balcony with good furniture, all amenities included making this a home-away-from-home, spacious, nice decor, easy communications with property owner. Will visit again!

The condo is perfect. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The ocean can be heard even inside with the doors closed. We had everything we needed and loved every minute.

Great stay at Cinnamon Beach

This was our second visit to stay in this condo. Great view from the balcony. The unit has all sorts of “extras” like access to beach chairs/toys and family games. The hosts communication was amazing!! We plan to stay here again. We love Cinnamon beach.

Stunning

From the beautiful grounds leading to the condo, to the actual condo, to the huge balcony with the most stunning views of the ocean, I have never been more pleased with a rental. I have had my eye on this place for a few years but always backed out of booking it because it is more than we normally like to spend for a week at the beach but I am so glad we finally made the leap and booked it. The condo was extremely clean and the furniture including the bed were comfortable. I wish there had been 2 lounge chairs on the balcony so my husband could have hung out there with me more because I refused to leave it to go to the actual beach. I had the perfect setup. Ocean view, ocean breeze, ocean sound, cold drink, book and lounge chair in the sun or shade depending on where I moved it and all just a few steps to the air conditioning if it got too hot. My idea of paradise. In all fairness I did warn my husband I was not leaving that lounge chair before we got there :) If I had to pick anything to warn about, it would be that the shades and curtains do not block the sun at all in the room with ocean view. It wasn’t too bad for us because we got to see some amazing sunrises. But if you like to sleep in and are sensitive to light bring a sleep mask. Our dogs loved it too. The whole area is dog friendly. The owner even provides a huge dog bed that our dogs really enjoyed in front of the window with the ocean view! I miss it already!

Fantastic Condo!

Really enjoyed our stay! The owner was very fast with their responses and even sent out a couple of messages letting us know about special things going on in the area. Condo was way more spacious than I expected (6 of us staying there). The view was amazing as well. The only downside is the rocks at the shoreline, which made it difficult for swimming. Otherwise, the beach was a quick walk down the boardwalk. Not crowded at all, which was another great surprise! Would definitely visit again.

Great place on Cinnamon Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Beach! The view from the condo was beautiful. Online pics do not do it justice. The condo was perfect for our party of two couples. We could not believe how pet friendly the whole complex was! And Dale, the owner, was very quick to respond to any questions I had before and after check in. Great place to stay!

Winter Escape

My wife and I spent the winter here and loved it. Dale and Julia contacted us to make sure we were satisfied with their places. We were able to see whales, dolphins, shrimp boats and fishing boats. We spent most mornings on the balcony enjoying breakfast. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. The Tv had cable and internet access. We will diffidently be coming back.

Ocean View - Spectacular!

We were excited to book this condo because of the picture of the view from balcony - and the view did not disappoint! We set our alarms for sunrise every morning and also saw beautiful colors on the horizon during sunsets. An unexpected highlight of our trip was a SpaceX launch. The owner mentioned it and sent a link for additional info during our stay (otherwise we wouldn't have known it was happening). We set our alarms for the 4:30am launch - so nice that we only had to go out on the balcony to see it! The communication from the host before and throughout the stay was perfect. We followed all instructions for gate and keyless entry - and it all worked seamlessly. Thank you again, Dale and Julia, for providing such a wonderful experience!

Home comfort with exceptional ocean views

It is our second time renting this property in the last two years and we have thoroughly enjoyed it each time. The view of the ocean is impressive and the property is very spacious and minutes away from a Publix grocery store. The kids made numerous visits to the nearby community pool which is very well kept and located within walking distance from the condo. Overall, we would consider visiting the property in the future without hesitation.
