We really enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat. It's an easy walk to Publix and the beach. We really enjoyed the pool. It was very quiet and warm.

Nice stay! Great location!

Perfect spot for a trip to the beach. All the activities, beach and grocery store within close walking distance.

Great Location and Perfect for our group.

Great location, walkable to the grocery store, beach and entertainment area with shops and dining. The unit is nicely stocked, decorated and has plenty of sleeping area space.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and perfectly equipped- we found ready for our use everything that we imagined we would need, in the kitchen and for the beach… The apartment is very conveniently located close to the beach and to the Public’s store. There is a parking lot in the yard by the building. Host was very helpful and responsive. Long story short, we highly recommend it and we will certainly visit again in the future.

A new favorite

Booked this for my kids to stay when they visited. Place was clean, convenient and very roomy. Property manager was quick to respond to questions and very accomodating, will book this again in the future.

Wonderful vacation

Just returned from a terrific family vacation! Host was great to work with and very responsive. Property nice and clean. Short walk to the beach and grocery store. Restaurants and shopping also within walking distance. Hope to stay here again sometime!

Great getaway

This place was perfect. Clean and quiet. Minutes from the beach and local restaurants. Publix was also minutes away. Loved use of the beach cart, beach chairs and beach towels. Paradise getaway - would definitely return!

50th Birthday Trip

We enjoyed the spacious unit at Poinciana. Linens, mattress and furnishings were superior. Owner was responsive to our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

annual visit to Lauderdale by the sea

Great stay; only problem was with TV that was confusing to set up and did not provide local TV channels for Fort Lauderdale location. Location was perfect, rooms were clean; patio outside could have been cleaner. Great place for enjoying the Lauderdale by the sea area of Florida.

Thank you very much for the review Robert. We take them all seriously to better ourselves every time however 1) i think the TV is pretty much a given, you have a MENU button, HOME button and being a smart TV Icons are very clearly depicted includding “LIVE TV”. In regards to the patio, im not understanding your concern. Its a small 10x8 area, outside, covered by trees where we have 2 chairs to sit and the beach-wagon / chairs. The outdoors is very clean, only issue i would see being OUTDOORS is the leaves fall with the wind. 🤷‍♂️

Girls HS Graduation Trip extended weekemd

Leo arranged for early check-in at 1:30pm as that was convenient to the flight time. No charge. Normally $100 for before 2pm check in. Everything was clean and pleasant. Pool was nice and clean. 5 minutes walk to beach. Would stay again.

Quiet yet Close to it all

Lovely condo in an excellent location. Quiet 8 unit building with a truly heated pool. Publix is a one block walk away, the beach is 3 blocks away. The beach supplies to include wagon made the trip to the beach easy. The restaurants and pubs at Lauderdale by the sea were in easy reach ( 5 blocks) and the Circuit car service was so easy and available that choices when it was raining was great. I never called the manager once. Will highly recommend and will come back again.
