Cozy Duplex overlooks the water and is within walking distance of the beach!
This cute, comfortable two-bedroom unit was just remodeled with a new bathroom vanity, an entire floor, a new refrigerator, Flat-Screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, and internet. It is on the waterway with a dock and pool and an easy walk to the beach three blocks away. Also, walk to restaurants, a fishing Pier, stores, and nightlife in Lauderdale by the Sea. It is completely set up with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the view and the nearby beach.
These are the initial products we supply:
Bathroom: 2 rolls of toilet paper, one liquid soap.
Kitchen: 1 paper towel, a few trash bags, one sponge, one dish soap liquid.
This unit is a DUPLEX with a pool shared by both sides.
The homeowner reserves the right to change the unit as booked based on availability. All apartments have the same layouts and features, but some colors may vary.

We had a great stay here in Lauderdale by the Sea. Everything you need is in walking distance. Minutes walk from the beach and many restaurants. There is also a Walgreens a few minutes walk to grab anything we forgot. Having a pool on the canal was awesome. We fished from the pier on the property and caught catfish and puffer fish.Property was clean and the host answered any questions we had before we arrived very quickly. Definitely would recommend staying here to anyone.

House was clean. View was nice. Everything worked as it should. House manager was easy to contact and talk to. The pans could use a little updating but other than that small detail everything was good.

Just what we needed….. 2 bed 2 bath….. convenience to friends and places to eat…… however it is somewhat in need of some repairs….. but over all good space and clean!

The host was incredibly accommodating. We were struggling because of a medical emergency incident and she worked with us so thoughtfully. We needed to extend and she did everything she could to help us during a very difficult time.

The condo was in a great location, an easy walk to the beautiful beach and fun town. There are great restaurants in town and a fun center where we enjoyed sitting under the umbrellas in the shade and “people watching.” I most enjoyed sitting on the patio by the pool and watching the boats on the water. Great for the price point.
The stay was very nice and the property manager resolved the minor issue that we had. The location is awesome.

Our stay
We wish the pool was heated, never found the hot tub. Location and views were great.

Winter getaway
Comfortable duplex with good location to the beach and restaurants. Property was a little dated.

Good location
We were within walking distance to the great Lauderdale by the Sea beach and restaurant area but far enough away that we were on a secluded street - great patio area with pool and the canal.

Great Little Place
Super clean and efficient property. Fantastic location. Has literally everything you need. Great communication with host. Beautiful view and pool. Fun watching the iguanas!

Enjoyable Stay
We were very comfortable in this vacation rental. Recent upgrades were nice, parking was easy, pool was great, and the location was wonderful. The area is quiet, and we really enjoyed the closeness to the beach and to downtown Lauderdale by the Sea. Also, it's a short drive to Fort Lauderdale and nearby parks, museums, etc.

Clean and spacious duplex with lovely patio & pool. Close to beach and stores. It's a gem.

Great stay
Great location, property and pool were just as described. Very fast communication and resolution with host for very minor issue. We will definitely be back next year!

Location was good. Sabrina was quick to respond to a small issue. The beds were not super comfortable for us in either room. The AC was ok. A lil cooler at night would have been nice. Overall a good stay!!

Terrific Property - Great Location
Property description is spot on. Location is great - very close to the beach, but not so close that you have the foot traffic on your doorstep. Very responsive and pleasant management. Highly recommend.

Nice spot
Location was good, short walk to the beach. Iguanas were a nuisance at times, but not owner’s fault. Condo was clean & well stocked.

Wonderful Duplex on the Canal
Great property. Duplex, so the pool area is shared, but that was clear in the listing. Property was clean, conveniently located near town/beach, great view of the canal. We would stay again.
