This recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa is just two short blocks from the beach in beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. This property is located within walking distance of not only the beach, but also dozens of great restaurants, shops and the world-famous Anglin's Fishing Pier. The open great room with its high beamed ceiling has a day bed sofa, HDTV and a dining area that seats six. The master bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and HDTV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds and large walk-in closet. The main bath has walk-in shower. Comcast secure WIFI is also included. The galley kitchen features stainless steel appliances as well as new dishware, tableware, cookware, cooking utensils and well-stocked spice cupboard. The villa has been completely renovated and is ready for your perfect beach vacation. You can enjoy the tropically landscaped enclosed courtyard with tables, chairs, sun umbrella or stroll to the beach or a nearby restaurant. There are even two bicycles for a ride around the quiet neighborhood. Also the home is SUPER SANITIZED before every arrival.

Great Weather, Fabulous Beaches & the Ocean: Fort Lauderdale is known as the Venice of America with all of its picturesque waterways and canals and your destination villa is located a five minute walk to the world-famous sandy, shallow beach of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Nearby are great restaurants with waterfront dining, unending family activities such as water taxis, snorkeling, drift fishing, glass bottom boat rides and of course, shopping - the list goes on and on. All details of where to go and see are provided to you upon arrival for your convenience. Our goal is for our guests to have the most memorable and fun vacation holiday imaginable.

Lauderdale by the Sea

There isn't central air. All of the filters in the window type air conditioners were dirty and some had mold. All of the air conditioners had mold in them. The patio door doesn't lock. The washer and dryer are in a room under the carport. Cockroaches in the laundry room. Both dryers were full of towels. The other side of the duplex had renters that partied until 2-3 am. We would not stay again.

Pleasant villa near the beach

Quaint villa that was close to the beach and restaurants. House was well equipped with kitchen supplies and our family of 4 had more than enough room to move around. Loved the backyard space as well. Definitely recommend!

Clean and comfortable Lauderdale by the Sea

Enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were sufficient with comfortable beds and good shower pressure. The location was great. The apartment could use some updating. The step from the entry into the living room was challenging because it was a tripping hazard
