The room was very clean, located close to the strip, communication with Lacey was very easy and quick to respond to questions we had, and the morning view was beautiful. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!!

For our little family of five it was curvy. There was plenty of room in the living room for our grandson to play and he loved being able to look off the balcony. More than willing to stay there again

Great host and property. I ran into a small issue with the TV, but the host was very quick to respond to my question and sent someone over to fix it. My grandma and I had a lovely stay. I would stay here again and I have recommended this property to others. Great location just a block off the main road through Pigeon Forge. Thank you!

Lacey’s condo was perfect for us and the value was definitely there. We enjoyed walking to the Old Mill and other places that were close by. The location is great and the AC worked so well. We were there when it was so hot and we were glad to come into a cool space. As a tip, don’t forget to bring coffee, bath soap and shampoo and conditioner. We would come back again if in town again.

Great location. Very conveniently located to all near by attractions and drive down to Gatlinburg and GSMNP. Host was excellent and the instructions were very detailed which made the whole process and the stay very smooth.Will definitely love to stay here again.And yes, you really can hear the river and it's very peaceful to the ears.

Wonderful place to stay in Pegion Forge to see Smoky Mountains and attractions. I would highly recommend. Very quiet but right in town. Amenities were perfect. Thanks!

The property was well maintained and felt very cozy. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The property location was perfect. Will most definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Condo was convenient to everything porch had chair with bad leg and needed a good cleaning air quit last night that was uncomfortable. Bring your own toilet items only one small piece of soap nice ice maker beds were nice overall good place to stay

Thanks for you feedback, we apparently had a freon leak in our HVAC and we apologize for the discomfort. We will get the patio chair fixed as well. We are glad you approved of the location and love that we are close to everything!

Great service, always communicating, very clean place and everything works as it should. Lacey was a great host and i would recommend her place to anyone thats looking to visit this area.

Stayed here to visit Dollywood. Perfect location. Super easy drive to the park, and convenient location to parkway. Room was comfortable, as were the beds. Very clean.
