River Song Condo - Listen to the River from your private balcony!

Our rustic condo is located on the top floor of Cedar Lodge Resort on the West Prong of the Little Pigeon Forge River. You can watch and hear the water flowing over the rocks from your private balcony. You can also see The Island's ferris wheel lit up at night and the fireworks from Dollywood. From the front balcony you have an amazing view of Mt. LeConte.

Our condo is centrally located in Pigeon Forge. The Island is five minutes away, Dollywood is 7 minutes away and the Ripleys Aquarium in downtown Gatlinburg is only 12 minutes away.

We have decorated the condo with natural log beds, a log dining table and rustic décor so you get a cabin feel with incredible views, while being located in the middle of all the action and avoiding steep roads. We also have a multi-arcade game for the kids but adults will enjoy some of their favorite games as well.

There are several restaurants and trolley stops within walking distance of the condo and if you decide to stay in we have a 65" flat screen tv for your entertainment.
You can buy a fishing license and catch rainbow trout, small mouth bass and other fish from the river behind your condo.
We look forward to hosting you and providing you with and incredible stay.

The condo was only one block off the Parkway, convenient to restaurants and attractions. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

GREAT PLACE AND PERFECT LOCATION

Condo was perfect for our Dollywood getaway. With the kitchen, we were able to eat in many meals, so that was a budget saver.

Close to Dollywood

Great location and a nice view of the river! Close to Dollywood and only 10 minutes to Gatlinburg. Property was very clean and was a great place for the family. We especially enjoyed the arcade game and would stay here again.

Long Weekend Getaway

We had four adults stay for a long weekend getaway. The condo was in a nice location off the main strip in Pigeon Forge. It was a short drive to Gatlinburg, The Island, lots of restaurants and shops. It was very pleasant, clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenience and Location

The property is very suitable for 4-6 people. It was very clean and most importantly convenient to both the Parkway and the back road to Teaster (back side entrance of the Island). About 8-10 mins to Dollywood, including traffic! Great responsiveness from the property manager rounds out the positive remarks. Now for the negative… None! We had a great time in Pigeon Forge for a short weekend get away!

The perfect, cozy pad

A beautiful, cozy home away from home with my family. Clean & relaxing environment with a river just below our balcony made the perfect place to make memories & enjoy our vacation. Delightful Stay in Central Pigeon Forge Location!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The layout was perfect for our group of 4. The decor was fresh and outdoorsy, but not over the top. All beds and furniture were comfortable. We had everything we needed in place for our stay and experienced no issues requiring the assistance of maintenance or management. The property owner was active with communications from the time of initial booking through the date of departure. We appreciated having access if needed and definitely feel we received top-notch customer service. With the location being central to so many activities and a short drive from the scenery of the national park, we would gladly stay again!

This was the perfect location between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg!

This condo was perfect! Exactly like the pictures! Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The full kitchen was convenient for cooking meals. The bedrooms were comfortable with tall beds, & plenty of space to put clothes, etc. Bathrooms were clean, stocked with toilet paper, & soft towels. Outdoor balcony had a beautiful view of the river, & a cool view of Dollywood’s nightly fireworks! The view of the mountains from the front door was breath taking! The pool was clean & the outside grill worked! The living room was spacious & the big screen TV was a bonus for watching sports & movies! Overall, I would book this place again! We loved it!

Almost Perfect

A few updates and some simple additions to the condo would make it a great place for all. Our group was made up of seniors and walk-in showers would have served us better. Those no need for a hot-tub in one of the bedrooms. A hanger in the bathrooms would serve everyone as would a light in the closets.. Location was a major plus for this condo.
