vacation beach house

the loft area was nice but it needed to be enclosed so it's a little more private. The washer and dryer was great. Maybe a few more coffee cups and glasses would have been good.

Great Experience

What started off to be a family vacation with our children and grandmother turned into being a short get away with just my husband and myself. We originally had four children coming. The house would have been big enough to fit us all comfortably. It was located near everything, quiet, clean, super cute, and they had everything you needed in the house. We would definitely go back there again.

Family reunion

My family stayed in this condo to be in a central location for an event which was occurring in Toms River. The location was excellent, for the beach and amusements, as well as getting back and forth to the mainland. The property worked well for our family, but there could be some improvements with more glassware, beach towels, sheets, pillows and blankets for the pullout couch.

Best beach condo

Todd’s property is the best! The location is perfect for a beach trip with children! His condo is clean and well maintained. We have been coming for 3 years and plan to continue to do so with our family. Thank you Todd!

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay in Seaside Heights. Todd was a great host and has a nice clean place, it is just a little smaller than I had hoped for our family of 5. Suggestion or two… make the loft the master bedroom and have bunk beds or two twins in the current master. Place the tv in the corner on the stand with nothing on it, and add a loveseat or atleast a recliner chair where the tv currently sits. The couch only has room for 3 and if everyone is watching a movie/tv there isn’t room. With all this said, I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Awesome place to stay

This was such a nice rental for our recent stay at seaside heights beach. Felt at home unlike the other rentals we've been to. It was decorated nicely. Really liked how we got our own parking spot in the lot infront of the building. And the free to use washer and dryer was really helpful! Would stay here again

Weekend lacrosse tournament beach trip.

We had a lacrosse tournament in Tinton Falls and wanted to stay near the beach. This was a great location for the boardwalk, restaurants, shops and only a little over a half hour drive for the tournament. The place itself was clean and perfect for our family. The inclusion of linens was awesome, less we had to pack and worry about. Definitely would use again for any other tournaments or just a beach trip getaway.

Great place and great location...

Very happy with the location. I'm a regular at Seaside Heights and this place offered everything we needed and it was an ideal location. Away from the noise yet not too far away to hit the beach, the bay or the boardwalk. Everyone had a great time. I would recommend this place to others.

Perfect Place to Stay for a Long Weekend!

First, the communication with the owner, Todd, was GREAT! When we first thought about booking this property, there had been no other reviews yet. I messaged Todd to see if he had other listings, and he answered promptly and sent me some other listings of his. We read those reviews and decided to book. I was weary because it was 100% nonrefundable, but we took a chance... we were booking about 6 months in advance, so booked in Feb. for our Aug. stay. We booked the house for Wed - Sun (now the property is available for week-long rentals only). Todd sent a message with check-in info a few days before our trip & the process was so easy. Second, the space was ideal. When we arrived, we had seven women sharing the space, & it was perfect. The property was clean & stocked with a few essential items (hand soap/dryer sheets/etc. that I think previous renters left there, towels, a few blankets). The bedrooms were spacy & great mirror space for getting ready! There were dressers & closets with hangers. The girls upstairs had a privacy screen in the loft area so they felt like they had their own room. The living room pull out couch was semi-comfortable, but good enough. The dining area was perfect for all of us to eat & play games at. The kitchen/counter area was a little small, but enough cabinet space to make up for it. Please note that you may want to bring a few items such as garbage bags, more handsoap, a few extra towels, toilet paper, paper towels, extra sheets for pull out couch, etc. There was no frying pans, only pots, so we had to figure that out. Please note, there is only ONE ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT. We had 3 cars, so two of us street-parked and it was fine, but might be inconvenient for some. Make sure you lock your cars, there are some sketchy people out and about. As far as location goes, it was perfect for the price. A short walk to the beach and surrounding convenience stores and liquor stores, but you would want to drive to the grocery store. I am familiar with the surrounding towns, so I knew that booking in Seaside was taking a bit of a risk... the area can be a bit sketchy and obviously very touristy - so just bring pepper spray to protect yourself if you plan on going out at night. Nothing bad happened, but just in case. The only qualm I had was that the connecting condo had a doorbell camera. I felt like we were watched a little bit when we were sitting outside on the porch. Just be aware& respectful of your surroundings.

Comfortable, great location!

We visit Seaside Heights every year, this is our first time at this property. Kitchen well-stocked with toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, all the pots, pans, tableware you need. (strangely, no glassware) Plenty of towels, would need to call for more sheets if you plan to use the living room sofabed. WiFi awesome, A/C worked well. Parking convenient. Liked being able to keep the key in a lockbox so we wouldn't lose it at the beach. Although there is a hotel next door, it was quiet at night. Easy walk to the beach. Compared to other rentals we've had, there were no included beach badges, beach chairs, or premium TV channels, but the rental rate was a little less so that's okay! Would definitely rent again.

Family Friendly

Easy sign up. Easy to deal with. Ease of entry upon arrival. Great for our family. Some of us went to the beach while others went to a softball tournament. Very comfortable, lots of new memories made. 10/10. Thanks you for allowing us to rent from you.
