Very Clean and Quiet and very close to the U for my son's graduation. John was also very helpful and communicative for sign in and flexible on departure. I would recommend this listing!

The apartment was great and worked well for our needs. Parking was easy, as was finding our way back to the apartment. The apartment was chilly but they provided a space heater and blankets for us. We appreciated having multiple spaces to work at and a nice kitchen. We especially loved the cookies and milk on arrival! Overall a nice stay.

Our Mother/Daughter SLC weekend

Such a cute place - really comfortable and the location was so convenient for all of the things we wanted to do in Salt Lake City. We would stay again the next time we visit the area.

I believe Gina did not understand the star ranking system. She apparently clicked the first star instead of the last star as her comment was very positive about our place.

Cozy stay in antique haven!

Adorable property that was quiet and so charming. Mary Ellen was so accommodating and kind throughout our stay. Peaceful backyard with wildlife and sunshine. My favorite part was the cookies upon checkin!

Lovely outskirts of town

great location cuz I had a car, easy to get everywhere. Mary Ellen was super communicative and helpful. Bed super comfy, area super quiet, ahhhhh.

Cozy and serene getaway close to amenities

The hosts were incredible! So sweet to leave cookies and milk and have everything prepared ahead of time. It was comfortable, quiet, and enjoyable.

Everything was super. Host Mary Ellen was lovely. We had cookies upin ur arrival and she was very responsive to our requests. I would definitely stay again.

Great location close to the heartbeat of Salt Lake City on the Eastern benches of the Wasatch mountains. Nice basement apartment. Close to Uof U and everything you could think of from shopping to restaurants and coffee houses and groceries. It was a fun place to stay. We actually had a deer hanging out in the backyard one hot day chilling right outside our front door.

Cozy apartment in wonderful neighborhood

A wonderful place to stay! Felt like staying with extended family. Easy to get to University of Utah. Wonderful walks in the beautiful neighborhood of Yalecrest. Loved shopping and dining at 9th and 9th! Terrific hosts!
