The recently remodeled/updated Reagan's Retreat sleeps 6. The condo offers an open floor plan with two spacious decks providing limited views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon from every room. The main living area includes new tile throughout, upgraded kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a full size washer and dryer. A queen sized sofa sleeper by Bassett and a 1/2 BA are located in the living area. A 43" HD/DVR-Tivo television with wireless/high speed internet access is featured in the living area.

Two BR's and 2 full BA's are located upstairs. One BR features a queen bed - the 2nd BR has twin beds that can convert to a king. Each bedroom has an adjoining bath for privacy. Both BR's are equipped with 32" flat screened televisions. A pack and play for your little one is available.

The fully equipped, remodeled kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your family. A gas grill is located in the parking area of the unit. The large main deck area off the living area features high quality poly outdoor furniture for relaxing with morning coffee or after a long, fun day at the beach. A shower is available in the parking area to 'rinse the sand away' before going upstairs to the unit. Beach towels are provided for your use. The storeroom is fully stocked with beach essentials so there is no need to pack your own beach chairs or umbrellas!

Deeded beach access via a boardwalk is located directly across the street. No need to worry about high traffic crossing the street on the 'quiet end" of W. Beach Blvd.

A private dock with benches on the lagoon is perfect for watching the sunset or casting out a fishing line.

A launch to access the lagoon is on site and available for boats, jet skis and kayaks.

A private pool dedicated for Heron Landing guests is available for your enjoyment.

To ensure the comfort of those with pet allergies, no pets are allowed.

This complex has a no smoking policy in the units or on the decks.
