Property was clean and comfortable. Excellent proximity and walking distance to some of our favorite spots. Could have used more wash clothes, already discussed that with the host and he was quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again…

Location, location, location. Once you park, you can walk all of Gatlinburg without having to fight the car traffic.

The condo is exactly as described. We did not move our car for 2 days, being able to walk all of Gatlinburg. We came to fish the river and there were several spots to fish within steps of the property on River Road.It was just my husband and I staying this time; however with the pull out couch, we could have easily fit 2 children comfortably. The condo came equipped with all of the basics you would need. Parking was great, we had covered parking right by one of the elevators. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice clean place. Quiet area but the strip is right around the corner. Parked the car on arrival and had no need to get in it until checkout day.

This is a quaint spot for 2. Perfect location, 1 block off the main strip, right next to Ober, Gatlinburg. 2 good restaurants on the corner from the condo. Clean, parking was good, on-site and covered. Lots of carts to move luggage. Great instructions from the host. We had a very minor "battery needed in the thermostat" concern and he responded and fixed it right away. Great service. Also, BEST SHOWER EVER!

Excellent location everything was walkable and the area was quiet. The unit was clean and comfortable. Had a great time and the home helped to contribute to the experience.

Second time we have stayed here and we enjoyed our stay both times. It’s an easy walk to everything and the condo is roomy and clean. Kids love the indoor pool on the cooler nights.

The condo was incredibly clean and spacious. The location was perfect and we were able to easily walk to the main strip without ever having to drive. The host was so friendly and accommodating and we will definitely be booking there again next year.
