-This condo is conveniently located and within walking distance to the downtown strip near attractions like Gatlinburg Convention Center, Ripley's Aquarium, and Anakeesta (Big outdoor adventure hub offering zip lining, gondola rides, a treetop play area & other fun).
The condo is appointed with the following amenities listed below.
-King size bed with luxury memory foam mattress
-Queen sized sofa pull-out bed with memory gel mattress (**suitable for smaller children)
-Kitchenette with full stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker; perfect for pizza, snacks, and other light meals!
-Seasonal Gas Fireplace available during cooler months
-Private Balcony overlooking pool
-55" Smart TV in main living area with cable TV (enabled for Netflix, Prime and other smart TV apps using guest's personal account)
-Keurig Coffee Maker
-Hair dryer (located under bathroom sink)

Nice condo in Gatlinburg. The hosts were very responsive and answered our questions quickly. The condo was comfortable, clean, and within an easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg. It was a great place for us to use as a base to explore the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

Condo was very clean and just as described. We enjoyed using the pool after our daily adventures. We also got to see the bear passing through the property nightly. Highly recommend this rental!

The place was as advertised. Very clean excellent service if we needed anything about 3 from the strip if you want some nightlife and you could go see any town from there within 30 minutes. It had everything you needed it was nice to get away as a couple get away!

Had a great time at this property! Perfect for the two of us for a few days! This place was SPOTLESS! Excellent cleaning! The kitchen is very small, but had everything we needed. The bed is very soft! Loved our trip!

My husband and I planned a quick little getaway, and our stay at “A Simple Retreat” at Laurel Inn was exactly what we needed. The space was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located—just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. It made for such an easy, relaxing trip. Highly recommend for a simple, stress-free escape!

This was a wonderful weekend getaway for my husband and I celebrating our first anniversary. I am 4 months pregnant and had no issues walking from the condo to all the downtown fun! It is very close to everything, but far enough away to not hear all the downtown noise. We were both comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

The perfect place to stay. I normally stay right behind the Village during the this week each year. This year I put off find a place pickings were slim. This condo turned out to be perfect. Still not too far from downtown. The walk to town was quick and the trolley dropped off nearby. Love the set up. Perfect for a couple and in my case for one person. Everything I needed in lodging for my stay. Definitely will stay again and hope to come back soon with my husband.

My daughter and I had an awesome stay at “A Simple Retreat”! The rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy. It was walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. We loved having the pool after hiking and shopping.

Truly enjoyed staying here!

Property is 13 min walk to Gatlinburg downtown, there’s no need to use car (if you enjoy walking and avoiding traffic) easy to move everywhere and pretty quiet property, very affordable place , with no doubt we could rent this place again.

This property was conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg. The accommodations were clean and well stocked. Communication with host was timely and responsive. There are so many things I loved about this property but, my favorites were the clean pool, the privacy of the balcony and the king bed was the most comfortable I've ever experienced
