Private Boat Slip: For boating enthusiasts, enjoy a private boat slip at Lubbers Marina, making it easy to explore the surrounding waters.

Beautiful, peaceful, serenity you will find staying at the Honey Bee cottage on Lubber Quarters Cay! The cottage was clean, recently painted, and so tastefully decorated. They have everything you could possibly need and the hosts are super responsive! The hosts provided a golf cart easy transportation around the island and there was a lovely public beach for swimming right at the end of the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Honey Bee on Lubbers is an absolute gem! From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed with genuine island hospitality and a laid-back atmosphere that captures everything people love about the Abacos. Long Weekend Stay

Great stay here. Has everything you need despite being remote. Communication with the host was great and he accommodated with golf cart and larger slip for our boat.

I have rented on Lubbers for the past 13 years and love the island and its laid back atmosphere. I rented this house for my parents to stay in while my family was also on the island and we are all very impressed with the cleanliness and well appointed interior. The rooms are plenty large enough for two couples or a family with kids to stay in, plus it is a very short walk to the lubbers public beach. The back porch was fantastic for sitting in the morning. The golf cart was a wonderful addition to have to get to and from the marina, lubbers landing, or to just cruise around the island to see the sights. The hosts are quick to reply to any questions or needs while you are there, plus made sure to touch base with us before our stay to give us house, island, and area information. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a peaceful vacation spot in the best boating area of the world.

Loved Lubbers

We had a wonderful time on Lubbers. A quiet island with friendly people. Our host met us on the dock and got us aquatinted with the island. He was quick to respond with any questions we had as well. We hope to come back! Thank you Michael

Second stay at Honey Bee

This was our second trip staying at HoneyBee on Lubbers. Older cottage but has everything you need. I will say the house needs some TLC...new pots/pans. every other day trash pick up would be nice. Michael has a great charter fishing service and he is the owner of the cottage too!

Out Island experience!

A boater’s paradise! The cottage is true to the out island experience. Rustic with a lot of charm. We unplugged from the outside world. Up with the sunrise for days of island hopping and fishing. Michael is a gracious host and was there when we arrived to help get us to the cottage and again when leaving. The boat slip at the small island marina made it easy for long days out on the water. Lubbers is not your typical vacation destination it is for those who really want to experience the true island getaway!

Spectacular HONEY BEE

I've been visiting Lubbers since circa 1996. This year I brought my 12 year old daughter. Although the weather didn't necessarily cooperate Michael and his team WERE FANTASTIC! Very rarely do you find a home and a friend on the same trip! I can genuinely say that this was our best trip ever! Michael and his team exhibited professionalism And personal courtesy that you will not get anywhere else in the ABACO. If you're gonna book anywhere near the abaco be sure to contact Michael. 10 Stars 🌟 if possible. We will see you soon CHEERS T.S

Thomas We are sorry you were disapointed. We arranged for you to have a golf cart for your entire stay once you arrived and flipped/ sank your rental boat, which we never charged you for along with a case of Beer and liquor we went to Hopetown and purchased and hand delivered.We offered to repair the string lights under the cabinet which you told us was not a problem. As far as instructions we came by and personally saw you for 3 days in a row and you never had any questions? We also did not charge for the damage you did to our sea wall and boat slip.Maybe Outer Island living isn't for you.

Beautiful and quaint. Very clean. Guest shower wasn’t working properly but the master shower was great and the guest tub works just fine. Definitely recommend.

Born and raised in Hopetown, Abaco, I bring an authentic island spirit and deep local knowledge to every guest experience. Now living on the picturesque Lubbers Quarters Cay, I also run Abaco Down Deep Fishing Charters—ensuring that whether you're seeking a thrilling fishing adventure or a relaxing beach retreat, you're in expert hands.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Honey Bee has an open floor plan great for families and couples. Lubbers is a short boat ride to Hope Town, Elbow Cay and centrally located to other Islands. Only about 600ft from the beach and the west side of Lubbers has great bone fishing and shell hunting areas. Lubbers Quarters is an outer Island experience.
