“Poker Face” in the private Aunt Pat’s Bay community combines traditional, upscale beach décor with modern living comforts, stunning views, personal dock slip and fabulous outdoor living space. Conveniently located in the White Sound Harbor with easy access to Tahiti Beach, Abaco Inn, Firefly, and the Sea Spray Marina (under reconstruction). One bedroom includes a king bed, open floor plan kitchen and living room with a full wall of windows looking out to the Sea of Abaco and the White Sound Harbor. Deck has built in bar, . . . one of the best places on Elbow Cay to enjoy coffee or cocktail – well likely both! Home rental includes a dock slip viewable from the deck for a boat (up to 30’) The dock is equipped with fresh water, limited power and fish cleaning station.

Special Place

Wonderful homesite perched above the Sea of Abaco and White Sound with views of the Atlantic Ocean as well. Great location for a dock within site of the home as well. Nice Bedroom with King Bed, huge drawers under the bed, and ensuite bath with pocket doors to main living area and bedroom. Jack was always available to answer questions and check in with us. Patio was a great place to relax, play cards, and enjoy the view and breeze. We were there when they completed the installation of the backup generator and coincidentally a planned electric outage. The new generator kicked-in quickly and kept the house A/C and all electric equipment and lights functioning for us. Nice to have the confidence of all systems available on an island that is not known for 100% reliable power.Well stocked kitchen for the 2 of us with extras for a few days and a dishwasher too. There was a cooler for us to use on our long excursions on our rental boat. TV and internet were reliable as well. We appreciate the owners design of the home and grounds. Bill was available with help with any questions or concerns. We double-downed and stayed for 2 weeks this time and won big! Thanks to all the residents that have worked so hard to get Elbow Cay back in shape after Dorian. It's a very special place!

Awesome stay in Hope Town!

Poker Face on White Sound was the perfect getaway for a couple! The amazing deck offered stunning views, making it a great spot to relax. The dock and fish cleaning table were ideal for our fishing adventures. Jack, the caretaker, was fantastic—so helpful and welcoming. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for the week. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Awesome Place To Stay

My husband I stayed here for our 25th anniversary. It was amazing. The place is so nice and clean, and it had an awesome view of the water. It was breathtaking. We will definitely stay here again when we come back next. Jack and his wife are very nice and great caretakers of the property. We absolutely loved it there. It was just perfect.

Great place

This is a beautiful house for a couple. It has views of the ocean, White Sound and the Sea of Abaco! It's beautifully landscaped. The owners and the caretaker are very responsive. The dock slip is close to the house and can be seen from the house. We'll be coming back.

October Honeymoon

Poker Face was incredibly convenient, clean and comfortable. Beautiful home annd location. Even the landscaping is gorgeous. As others have said, the pictures do not do the view justice. The inclusion of the boat slip is really nice. Jack was very quick to respond, and he and his wife made sure we had what we needed right after we made it to Elbow. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at Poker Face

Our second stay at Poker Face and we will definitely be back. Perfect location, quiet and breathtaking views. Convenient to Sea Spray and a dedicated boat slip is icing on the cake. Would highly recommend for couples looking for a great Abaco getaway.

Beautiful Accommodations and Location

We recently stayed 8 nights at Poker Face and absolutely loved it. Owners were easy to work with and the caretakers - Jack & Herminette were great! We would definitely come back here. Perfect location, beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. Close to beach and Tahiti beach was a plus. Easy to keep our rental boat (from Island Marine) right down at the Poler Face dock. Easy Cart rental from Big Hill. Our trip couldn't have been more perfect. Loved Poke Face and love the Abacos!

Perfect Rental in the Southern End of Elbow

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing time at Poker Face. We have both visited Elbow Cay many times but this was our favorite rental. The pictures posted are very accurate representations of the decor, cleanliness, and views. The updated appliances and the powerful AC made staying on the island the end of May very doable. We also were very happy with Jack the caretaker. We rented a cart from his company Big Hill carts and it was waiting for us at the house. We are definitely planning on staying at Poker face again.

Perfect spot

Poker Face was private, had everything you need with nice views. George the caretaker was very responsive. A lot of construction in the area at the moment that made some noise but I was out on the water most days...dock is handy and close. Great "private" beach to use right up the street. Would stay again.

Excellent

Very clean and well appointed property. Location and views are worth every penny. We used the private dock for our boat and everything worked perfectly. The pokerchip room was a great addition to the property. We did lose power one day but we’re on our boat most of that day and didn’t miss it. It was back on when we returned. We plan to come back in the future.

Couldn’t have been nicer!

Celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary in Elbow Cay, we loved our week at Poker Face. It couldn’t have been better and the view from the deck was spectacular! Jack was great and very helpful. We wanted for nothing. I will say that we lost power for a few hours our first day but wasn’t bothered at all. We took our golf cart, went to one of the most beautiful beaches ever, and had a great time at On Da Beach Bar and Grill. One of the best things about Poker Face is being able to watch the sunrise every morning with coffee. So tranquil and picturesque. I have already recommended this little piece of paradise to multiple people and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Thank you Bill and Lisa!

Warning!!

WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY UNTIL THE OWNERS INVEST IN A GENERATOR. Power on the island goes out every day for unexplained reasons. Once it’s back on the house takes 3-4 hours to cool off. We also lost power for longer than 24 hours. The islands are connected by power cords that lie on the ocean floor. They are regularly cut by boat anchors and can take over 24 hours for divers to repair. When the power goes out the water also turns off. Additional note - we were there for a week and the owners to NOT provide access to washer and dryer for laundry. The house itself is great!

Stayed for our Honeymoon

We fell in love with Poker Face as soon as we walked in. It had everything we needed and more for our stay. We used the dock for our boat rental and when we weren't out at the beach or for food we were enjoying the porch and the view! We definitely want to return! Maybe anniversary next year!

Amazing stay at Poker Face

We have been to Elbow many times and couldn't have been more impressed with Poker Face. It was absolutely perfect for my wife and me. Bill was an excellent host, responding to every message almost immediately. The pictures of the house don't do it justice, it's better than the listing. With Abaco Inn and a quickly rebuilding SeaSpray so close you don't have to go far for a good time. The boat slip was extremely convenient and sure beat hoping for a spot at the public dock at the end of a day island hopping. Jack the caretaker was equally responsive to messages and was a huge help getting us from the Lodge dock to the house. Couldn't ask for a better week - only regret was not booking for two weeks. We will be back for sure.
