Charming Sea Colony Condo! Walk to Beach, Tennis, Pool, Town

Short walk to beach and restaurants from this charming and attractive condo located in the outstanding ocean resort of Sea Colony.

Among its numerous amenities, Sea Colony is home to one of the premier tennis/pickleball facilities in the U.S., more than 30 outdoor and indoor courts, with clinics and programs for all ages!

Condo features living room/dining room with soaring ceilings. Updated throughout. Deck with patio furniture and grill overlooks picturesque pond with fountain.

Master bedroom has king-sized bed, private bath, TV and closet. Second bedroom has two twin beds, TV, and closet. Loft bedroom has two twin beds and is accessed from circular staircase in family room.

Dining room table seats six. New kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, dishes, dishwasher, disposal and microwave. Counter with stools provides additional eating area. New stacked washer/dryer.

Rentals are weekly only June-September, Saturday to Saturday. Bookings permitted up to one year in advance.

Sheets, bath towels, and beach towels provided. The price is all inclusive EXCEPT for a mandatory resort fee that Sea Colony charges, approximately $55 per person/per week in season. The badges entitle tenants to parking pass/es (1 pass for 1-2 adults; max 2 passes for 3 or more). Renters have access to owner's outdoor shed that has beach chairs other beach items.

Walk or ride the tram to the half-mile guarded Sea Colony beach, play tennis or pickleball, swim in one of the ten outdoor or two indoor pools, use fitness center with weight room, saunas and Jacuzzis. Tenants must display the parking pass on the dash at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at tenant’s expense.

Sea Colony also has basketball courts, fishing ponds, play ground and picnic tables, jogging trails and 24 hour security.

Sea Colony is located in Bethany Beach, a quiet, family-oriented town with quaint shops, board walk and restaurants -- plenty for the whole family to do. A great place to spend a relaxing summer vacation.

Sea Colony Visit

We had a great week at Sea Colony. The space and location were perfect for our family of 4. It’s rare to find a home with a bbq in Sea Colony and we were so happy to have the electric grill on the balcony. We’d definitely stay again

Perfect for a sunny week

The boys loved staying here. The spiral staircase, the loft, the deck, the quick walk to the tram. Everything. The living space was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Unit exactly as advertised, would stay there again

Unit was exactly as stated in the listing. Had everything we needed. The shed was full of chairs and other beach stuff. Easy access to the tram, beach, shopping center, playgrounds, etc. Would stay here again. Thanks.

Another great stay!

This is our third year at this property. The furniture and deck upgrades were lovely and the owners were incredibly helpful and responsive when our son left his favorite stuffed animal behind. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

A great stay at the Sea Colony

We love the Sea Colony and we have been coming to stay for years. This was absolutely our favorite place. Everything listed was there and more. The house was very comfortable and met all of our needs. Nicely decorated and the furniture was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Quiet neighborhood and clean house! Location was perfect for catching the tram, fishing, and enjoying the pool! Close to the boardwalk and other attractions! Great please to stay!

Great Stay at Bethany

It was very clean, quiet, and the location was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. I had access to multiple indoor/outdoor pools and activity areas that were within a 10 minute-ish walk. I definitely come again.

Great location!

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect for the beach tram. Plenty of room for my family of 3. Clean condo, soft towels, and comfy beds. Walking distance to the marketplace for ice cream and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Very Clean Rental

This condo has a well equipped kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. We loved the balcony and used the grill often. Highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our week here! No only was the unit beautifully updated and impeccably clean, but the beds were so comfortable, the linens & pillow were new, and the bath & beach towels were fluffy. The kitchen was also well stocked with spices and other basics that are a pain to bring or buy when you're only there for a week. We've stayed at a number of Sea Colony units over the years, but this one was by far our favorite. Romie was so welcoming and easy to coordinate with. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very Pleasant

Sea Colony was a great family adventure for us! The accommodations were great and the 10 minute walk to the beach was serene through the neighboring accommodations. Tram was fun, lots of Pools to check out, Beach was great! Wear sunscreen! :-) Checkout was simple and accomodating.

Comfy Condo

Very nice condo and very responsive condo manager. One of the patio curtains was stuck and was fixed immediately after we put in a request. That impressed us. We enjoyed driving a short distance every day to the beautiful fitness center and lap pool.

Nice stay in Bethany Beach

The condo is conveniently located and we enjoyed using the pools at the resort. It was enough space for our family of four, the kitchen was well stocked for basic meal prep, and we appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella for our use. The owners were quick to respond to any messages. Negatives are that the condo could use some updating (decor and kitchen ware) and and the kitchen wasn't super clean, we didn't find the beds or pillows to be very comfortable, and the towels were very thin. Overall though it was a fair price for a decent place, in a great location with nice amenities.

Wonderful stay at Sea Colony

We had an absolutely relaxing and wonderful week at this property! It was clean and well-stocked, I so appreciated having the linens provided (even beach towels). We are a family of 4 (two adults, two small kids) and were so comfortable here. Loved Sea Colony - pleasant, well-maintained, so much to do. There's a pool about a 3 minute walk along a lovely path. The private beach is a 10 min walk or a tram ride. 6-7 min walk to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, drugstore. This was our first time staying at Bethany, and won't be the last! Would gladly stay at this property again. Communication with the host was also quick and friendly, much appreciated.

Good deal home

We loved our stay at this home. The hosts were gracious with their offerings of all items in the shed including chairs and an umbrella. They were quick to answer our questions. E.g., we had to ask where the lockbox was when we first arrived, order more towels to have enough for the full group. On the downside, the place is outdated but that didn't bother us. It was clean with the exception of mold on the shower curtain and dust. The towels were thin and small so we ended up using ones we brought ourselves. For the price, none of these issues were too big a problem. Thanks for having us!
