Beautiful lake views; Classic prairie-style home.We loved this home! Rambling ranch home perfect for family gatherings in any season. Large kitchen with amble space inside and out.

The property is beautiful. The lake is exceptional. The dock is great. Allen was terrific The house was amazing. Lots of places to sit and great bedrooms. The only thing wrong I would say is there are no overhead lights and the floor and table lamps do not have strong enough light to read at night or play games. Bring your own 100 watt bulbs .

Lovely home on Kiwassa Lake. Great spot for boating, fishing, swimming, listening to loons, and easy access to wonderful hiking trails. Host was very responsive.

This house has plenty of space for a couple of families. It is right off a paved road, not far from downtown Saranac Lake. The location is quiet and secluded with trees surrounding. The water is around 8 feet deep off the end of the dock, great for swimming or launching canoes or kayaks. You can see the sunset from the dock. There was firewood provided for the outdoor fire pit or the fireplace in the living room. The host, Alan, is very communicative. Would stay again.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home on Lake Kiwassa. Alan is a very attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed. The layout of the home offers a nice balance of privacy and shared space if you are staying with a group. We will definitely plan to return in the future!

Great Group Getaway

A great week. Close enough to Saranac and Lake Placid to do some shopping and dining. Great swimming and we rented a pontoon boat to experience the locks and lakes. Alan was a very friendly and considerate host.

Kiwassa lake vacation

The process with owner and VRBO was a pleasant experience This Adirondack house on Kiwassa Lake near Saranac is your classic lodge The house is very spacious, with some very large bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, excellent lake views and plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful and spacious, the photos on the listing don't do it justice. The host was very friendly, communicative and accomidating. We had a great time and are definitely planning to visit again!

Great Christmas week

We stayed for Christmas week and had a fantastic stay. The house is very roomy and the property is beautiful and can only imagine how awesome it is in the summer when can really enjoy the lake and outside. Alan was super great to deal with as well

Fabulous lake front retreat!

Had a fabulous time with friends and family at this gorgeous property. It was AMAZING in the winter - I can only imagine it in the summer. AND my boyfriend (now fiancé) proposed - wonderful memories in a gorgeous setting. Property owners were GREAT to us, and very responsive. Will definitely be coming back!

Lovely home

Large home with room for all 6 of us. Very well equipped with a great kitchen. The host is very accommodating. The lake is beautiful with lots of fish.

Very nice location on lake Kiwassa. It was not far from the town of Saranac Lake but very secluded. Plenty to do out doors. Also the property had a dock and kayaks as well as a fire pit area.Alan was very helpful and came to the house to answer questions. He was also available to my friends. He was great.The house was pristine as was the location. Will go back in a heart beat.

Amazing Lakeside Property

My family and I had an amazing time staying at the Kiwassa Lake Lodge. Alan, the host, was very responsive and easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. We stayed with our two small children and brought two dogs and the house was just perfect. Alan continuously made sure we had firewood for both the indoor and outdoor fires and the house was very clean and comfortable. We are already booked for another lakeside adventure this winter!

Lovely home, amazing lake views, easy access to water

Home is immaculate, comfortable furniture, kitchen well-stocked, nice bedding and towels. Heat worked well. Fantastic view from house. Large yard with view. Great firebowl. Easy access to dock for swimming and launching canoes. Loons and bald eagles wonderful bonus.
