The LakeHouse has 4 bedrooms, 3 bath and walk out to impressive 170 feet waterfront within 10 feet. Gorgeous views overlooking Lake Flower and Saw tooth mountain range with water access to 35 miles. Large outdoor area with fire pit, beach and dock. Now with a brand new Adirondack deck.
Walking distance to downtown. 5-10 miles to Lake Placid, ski & high peaks.
Main level:
- Open kitchen, Living, Lounge and Dinning area with grand water views.
- Living room with sofa/futon full size bed.
- Master bedroom with full bath and washer/dryer.
- Outdoor deck with picnic table and grill
Upper level:
- Den over looking Lake flower. Lounge and Reading area.
- One Queen bed and Sofa bed.
- Full Bath. Even bath has lake view.
Walk out level:
- 2 bedrooms each with double beds with water view.
- Full bath and storage
- Patio right off the water.
- Outdoor lounge

- 2 kayaks
- 2 SUPs
- Hot tub for 6
- BBQ Grill with propane tanks
