North Coast Condo C309 Deluxe Oceanview Penthouse

Enjoy sensational Ocean and garden views and resort style living in our spacious Penthouse condo. This is a two-story condo with an upstairs master bedroom with king bed (new in 2022). The roof-top balcony features a gorgeous ocean view. This balcony has seating for eight and two lounge chairs. The lower level includes a second bedroom with two double beds (new in 2022) and is complete with TV and Wi-Fi. The downstairs living room features a private balcony with fabulous views of the ocean, tropical landscaping, koi pond and pools and a living room complete with cozy fireplace, Smart TV and Queen size sleeper sofa. The unit comes complete with all necessities for your beach enjoyment, including beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach toys and ice chest. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils to accommodate a light snack or a multi course meal. You will be welcomed with a basket of snacks to enjoy.
To enjoy the complex amenities, you can take a stroll through the lush tropical courtyard landscaping and discover the Koi Pond, the putting green, the immaculate barbeque area, the gorgeous free-form heated pool and Jacuzzi. Locate the recreation room and inspect the quality of the health club equipment, the sauna room, the billiard and foosball tables, explore the library and the ping pong rooms. There are well equipped laundry facilities in each building. Feel comfortable that the gated complex is protected with 24-hour security.
Take a jog or leisurely walk along the beach and head down to the harbor which includes activities such as: fine dining, jet ski and or kayak rental, sailboat excursions, and even deep-sea fishing trips. Walk south along the ocean towards the pier and enjoy activities such as: fishing, surfing, fire rings fine dining/breweries, and even a 16-screen movie theater.

Great beach vacation

Diane was so easy to communicate with and was very kind. We loved the extra beach supplies offered (boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and sand toys). We also loved having outdoor showers to rinse the sand off and also loved relaxing at the pool.

Great complex

We had a great time at this condo. The views were great and all the things that were provided were helpful. The queen beds were firmer than we would have liked but that may just be sleeping preference . The master screen door came off but was easy to put back in. We would stay here again.

Great location

We loved our stay here. Great access to the beach and we loved the complex with swimming pool and a hot tub. Also loved the beach chairs and beach towels. Would completely stay again!

Beautiful Deck Sunset

You thought of everything! This was a well supplied comfortable clean condo with wonderful views of the ocean from both levels. Great for two couples with privacy possible due to the two levels. Owner was very responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Wonderful first time VRBO experience

We were very excited about our stay in Oceanside and working with George and Diane was so easy. They quickly answered our questions and put us at ease. The property was lovely, spacious and well kept. It had everything we needed to feel at home and relax. The beach was a short walk away and Oceanside is a big town with a small town vibe. We’ll be back!

Perfect location

We loved this property, it was so close to the beach. The location of the condo was also perfect, close to the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed being on the top floor, a great view from both decks. The hosts provided everything we needed and then some. We would stay there again!

Lovely setting and beach vibes

We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the condo tremendously. Both decks were lovely to sit out on and the grounds of the property are serene and lovely. Beds and amenities were good too. We have a great time! Thank you!

Great Condo and Location!

After five hectic days, a Disneyland, it was nice to come somewhere and be able to relax. This condo has all the amenities you couldn’t want and the location is second to none within walking distance is the pier the harbor and countless places to eat and drink proximity the beach is unbelievable, thanks for hosting us Diane and George

Great memories

The location, condo and amenities were outstanding. The complex grounds are beautiful and relaxing. Loved the sounds of the waterfalls and the waves. We were able to watch the surfers from the balcony while drinking our morning coffee. Many things were in walking distance and easy to get to. Great location to stay if visiting San Diego.

North Coast Condo- great location!

Our family from Ohio had lots of fun both at the complex and up and down the SoCal coast. The beach, cliffs, and Mountain View’s were awesome. We easily traveled down coast to San Diego Zoo, La Jolla, and the Torrey Pines hike, then later on up the coast to Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier, and all of the LA sites too. We made the most of our first trip to Cali and this Oceanside location helped to make that possible. The condo and complex was very nice too with many amenities. I highly recommend.

Perfect!

We loved our stay. It is a great condo and very well equipped. We have rented condos numerous times and this was the first time we had a welcome basket with snacks and a bottle of wine. It was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and we had the good fortune of meeting them in person.

Wonderful vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo in North Coast Village. Diane is very accomodating and quick to respond. The condo has two floors with a large loft upstairs bedroom and bath and a second bedroom on the main level with 2 Q beds and it's own bath. It was clean and comfortable. Extremely well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Complex is right on the beach and has a lovely pool and grounds and many other amenities. Within walking distance to the harbor and the pier. Would definately recommend.

Best location

We’ve been at north coast a few times and this is the best unit we’ve stayed in. Down one elevator and you’re at the pool and go to the next closest elevator and you’re at the sauna. Or take the elevator down to the garage and you basically walk right out to the beach. No train noise at all. Clean unit and had all the needed amenities. Nice big dining table was great.

Great condo and great location

This is the second year we have stayed in this complex. We really love the location. The beach is nice and quiet, just how we like it. At least this time of year. The complex has so much to do and is within reasonable driving distance to all the things. Even though the complex is a bit dated, the hosts Diane and George have done a great job of furnishing this condo and it is in great condition. They also provided all the beach stuff so we didn’t have to pack with us. It was great! We can’t complain. It is on the third floor, but there are elevators if needed and the ocean views from the decks were enjoyable!

Birthday getaway

This is a lovely property with nice pool, hot tub, and location. If you arrive after dark, it is very difficult to find the way to HOA to check in. They require you to check out by 10am, which I find ridiculous. For what we paid to stay there, we should have gotten at least an 11 or 12 check out. Also, they don't open the hot tub or pool until 0900, which makes it almost impossible to take a tub before check out.

Great Family Vacation!!

My family really enjoyed this condo. This was our first rental through VRBO. We couldn't be more happy. The condo was very clean just as the pictures show. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes you would need. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys. There were also plenty of pillows and blankets. Diane was great to work with even sending my security deposit back within 10 days of us checking out. We loved North Coast Village's atmosphere. We felt very safe and secure. My kids had a great time at the beach and we tried out both pools. We hope to come back soon and would gladly stay in this condo again!!

Great condo, great location!

Our family of 5 (we young boys) traveled over from Australia to visit my wife's family. The condo was terrific...clean, well maintained, amenities as required, and you are literally on the beach in a couple of minutes. It's also part of the magnificent strip that runs south to La Jolla. Our kids had a great time in the surf every day, and the theme parks were just a short trip away. We enjoyed both the beach and the harbor, and of course you know the chance of rain is next to none. Diane was ever so helpful and concerned that we were enjoying our stay. So-Cal really grew on me, and I hope to bring the family back in the not too distant future. It's very 'similar but different' to where we live at home, and we enjoyed it immensely. I would thoroughly recommend this condo for a family holiday, and would say that the owners were a real pleasure to deal with. Thanks Diane.

Love NCV

We love North Coast Village. Theres a lot to do within walking distance. The harbor is entertaining with restaraunts and shopping. Nana and Pop Pops is our favorite ice cream shop. The pools at NCV are cleaned daily and the property is nice. You can decide the price you want to pay at NCV as there are many rentals available. This one is fine. The owners are great, and were very nice. They own 2 other units in the NCV. The upstairs balcony is bigger but we ended up using the lower one more because you can see more. I would watch the surfers every morning with my coffee. There are a few things at this condo that could use attention: peeling paint, shower door was taped on, the kitchen floor hasnt been deep cleaned(grime around all the edges and under the stove was gross with pieces of a broken glass from a previous guest just swept under the edges). The shower/baths are outdated being glass sliding screens and the master suites shower head is very low. The master bedroom screen always falls off. Its an easy fix, which my husband said he would have done for them if he had a screw driver. Overall its a fine condo for the price. We love North Coast Village. It was worth our stay.
