Northcoast Village Beautiful Penthouse w/ large rooftop deck and VIEWS!

Beautifully upgraded Penthouse end unit with breathtaking views of the pier and ocean in front. Wrap around roof top deck off of the master bedroom with a table and chairs for 6, a table and chairs for 2 on the pier side and 2 chaise lounge chairs. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and dishes with dining room table, downstairs bedroom is equipped with 1 full bed and 1 twin and and living room has a pull out couch. All linens are provided. There is a lower deck with ocean and lush views of the property and pool below. There are beach chairs and accessories available for guests to use as well. There are washer/dryer amenities in the Laundry areas on site, making it easy to do several loads at a time if needed. There is also a weight gym and cardio gym with a clubhouse for pool, ping pong or relaxing as well as several putting greens on site. This property is located on the beach and adjacent to the start of the strand, where bikes, skateboards and walkers are found. There are new beach bathrooms and amenities that have been added in the last year as well as many restaurants and shops that are walking distance to the harbor, pier and Downtown Oceanside. Legoland, Safari Park, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Padres, Camp Pendelton, Carlsbad outlets, Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are all less than 60 miles away. Truly a great spot!

great location and beautiful views-great host and help- had a bit of trouble with the tv’s and david came right over and took care of it, so fast and very nice! owner was so great working with us on last minute reservation, just the perfect trip- highly recommend !

Clean, well furnished, but ants in the kitchen even after the property manager came to take care of them. Ran out of all paper goods, toilet paper and paper towels. Every cabinet full. No room for visitors belongings. We love North Coast Village, but will choose a different condo next time.

Thank you for your response as we will no longer be renting to you. Our condo was I unacceptable condition when the cleaning crew arrive. They needed 7 hours to clean up your messes as well as the fact that the linens were ruined with red stains, chips and food and trash everywhere on the floor as well as excessive sand. We expect our renters to leave our home in the same condition as when they arrived .

Not really but it was still ok , for me this place has the best pool in the world and I travel alot . I like that they installed a family spa that allows for an adult only spa, I’ve stayed at north coast village at least 10 times and I’ll keep coming back!

This place exceeded our expectations. Sometimes photos lie and the reality isn’t nearly as nice. This place is nicer. The resort is right on the beach—and the beach goes on forever. No matter how many people were on the beach, it never felt crowded. The pool is large and well maintained. There are two hot tubs—one for family use and one for adults. Both clean and just the right temp. The gym downstairs is WAY nicer and better equipped than any resort gym we’ve experienced in the past. And Janey the host was super responsive to any question or issue we had. The only things I’d change would be I wish there was AC. The condo has multiple fans, however. Those along with open windows made the nights bearable. Also, for laundry, you need to use the laundry room on the first floor. No big deal at all, but… download the app on your phone rather than getting a wash card from the HOA office. The card costs 5 (and you don’t know this until you try to use it—I thought I’d downloaded 5 to my card but it was just to buy the card). The app is free. Each load is 2.50 and the dryer is 2.50. Again, no big deal but I wish I’d known that coming in just so I wasn’t scrambling to figure it out there after hours.It’s an easy drive to Disneyland (about an hour) and into San Diego. Would we book this condo again? Absolutely. Would I recommend this to others? Absolutely. Do I wish I was still there rather than back at home? Absolutely.

We very much enjoyed our stay. This condo was very nicely furnished. Amenities for little ones (high chair, playpen, baby monitor) were an unexpected thoughtful bonus. The master suite upstairs is very spacious. The rooftop deck is, as well.

Really nice condo in a great resort with awesome views. Easy access to things in town and pretty private beaches. Condo had everything we needed except surf boards! Host is responsive and checkin is easy and parking is secure.

The host is very responsive to any questions we had. The host was very accommodating. The condo complex is absolutely beautiful especially at Christmas with all the holiday lights. The beds are comfortable. The condo had everything we needed. We cooked many meals there and all dishes/pans/crockpot/utensils were stocked. We would definitely stay here again. The condo is amazing!

Very Nice place

This location was excellent for what we needed. The condo has an awesome view from the master bedroom. Was very comfortable and there is a lot to do on the property. Very short walk to beach.

Great Vacation Rental

Such a cozy home away from home! We would definitely stay here again! My only complaint is that there are absolutely no empty cabinets in the kitchen so all food we brought had to be stored on the counter, which is just my personal preference to keep everything clean.
