You can relax on the balcony for hours enjoying the marine life and watching the boats come and go from the harbor. Newly refurbished with an ocean theme, Marina del Mar will be your home-away-from-home. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and serving utensils. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the secondary bedroom has two queen beds.
Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.
North Coast Village is an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. You'll feel like you've stepped into Maui, with lush tropical landscaping, streams, and waterfalls. You're just steps from the beach, pier, and marina. Walk to downtown Oceanside with excellent restaurants, hotels, and shops.
North Coast Village offers billiards, ping pong, a new fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool for parties. This is a great area for riding bikes! A beautiful, scenic bike trail starts right across the street from the complex or bike along HISTORIC Pacific Coast Highway.

The condo was nice and spacious. However there is no extra bedding. Not even a single blanket or pillow. So if you need someone to sleep on the couch be prepared to bring your own bedding. The grounds are beautiful and immaculate. Within easy walking distance to the pool, hot tub and beach. North Coast Village is our favorite. We visit every year.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in North Coast Village! The location was the best—just steps from the beach and an easy walk to Oceanside Harbor, where we enjoyed strolling, dining, and watching the boats. The sunsets from our balcony were absolutely spectacular.The condo itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals whenever we wanted to stay in.This was also a great home base for exploring the Southern California coast. We took easy day trips to San Clemente, Laguna Niguel, and Carlsbad. We also discovered some fantastic local coffee shops—Nautical Bean and Vigilante Coffee quickly became our favorites.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach getaway in Oceanside.

Lovely condo and location
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
Very nice condo location, short walk to beach. Easy check in, uses actual keys(!), dedicated parking spot, grounds were very nice. Close to train tracks but no whistle at night so it didn't bother us at all. A small condo but plenty of room for four people. Took away a star due to needing better furniture. You sink all the way into the couches and the master bed also needs replacing. Your feet end up higher than you backside when you sit on the bed - not great. Second bedroom beds were better. We still enjoyed our stay very much.

Clean and comfortable!
Such a great property it was perfect for our family of four, the layout was great and so was the view. Parking was easy and it was a quick walk to the harbor and the beach. We loved our stay so much!

fireplace worked but nearly no heatThere we are no throws to use on the couches while watching TV was uncomfortably cold. The grounds were beautiful didn’t use the gym or pool. Our condo was in the G building, which was far from the beach in the future. I would willingly pay extra for closer vacation. I tried to switch, but they said none were available. I find that hard to believe the other things that that would’ve made our day better was books, magazines, and games for the guests to use.

We appreciate your comments regarding the fireplace heat output, additional blankets or throws, and the availability of books, magazines, and games. Guest feedback like yours is very valuable, and we’ll be sure to share these suggestions with the property owner for consideration.
We also understand your preference for a unit closer to the beach. While we are always happy to explore relocation options when requested, availability can be very limited, especially during popular travel periods, and unfortunately we can only offer units that are vacant and available for transfer.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future and help you find a unit that is an even better fit for your preferences.

Fun at the Beach
