Amazing studio flat in Central London, very stylish, cosy, has everything you need for a stay in London. A lovely place to enjoy your city or business break. Just round the corner from Hyde Park, 1 minute away from Lancaster Gate tube and 3 minutes away from Paddington tube and train stations. The area is full of cafes, pubs and restaurants. Guests will have full and exclusive access to the flat. There is a kitchenette, shower and double bed as well as all the necessary amenities for the stay.

The flat was in an excellent location as is exactly as advertised. Fits 2 person well and would recommend if you are looking for something in central London.

Great location and the price was reasonable for the area. The lift was out of service for building works in the block, so moving our luggage wasn't easy. But overall recommend.

We liked the location being next to Hyde park and we spent our evenings in the park because the apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Charming flat very close to multiple tube stations and Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens. Great pubs and cafes nearby. Perfect location to explore London from. Met all of our needs. Key pickup was on way to flat from Paddington Station and simple to grab from lockbox. Just fyi, the bathroom is very tight space.

Great loctaion to Hyde Park

Great location, has everything you need for a short stay, however a tv and a toaster would be a nice addition. Would keep it in mind for future stays.

We enjoyed staying in this studio apartment. Its location is lovely within 7-9min of subway stations, close proximity to restaurants yet fairly quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We do have some minor suggestions for improvements with the bathroom facility that we will share with the host.

Small but excellent location and nicer finishes

This property is situated very close to Kensington Gardens, with easy access to lots of transportation. It is a great neighborhood place, in among tailors, restaurants and pubs. The place is small, especially the bathroom, but it was perfect for 2 people.

The location of this cannot be beaten for the price. Close to Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations. The proximity to Hyde Park is unmatched!

Bonus points for price and value. Nice to have fridge, washer, kitchen. Small and relatively clean and comfortable.Being near multiple stations for bus, underground, trains, etc. made getting around easy.

Wonderful location! Getting the key was a little cumbersome with all our luggage, as it’s at a different location than the flat. But Maria is very communicative, and helpful. The flat is simple but perfect for a stay in London.

The flat is in a great location, just 2 mins away from Lancaster gate; and 5-10 mins away from Paddington.The building and flat are both in great conditions, with modern appliances.I would really recommend this place to anybody who visits London.

Had a lovely weekend break

Great accommodation to use as a base in a fantastic location with lovely coffee shops, restaurant and convenience store and Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate tube just 2 minute walk away. . Great communication from the host. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful apartment and in a superb area

Great apartment stay that provided an easy access to the underground via a couple of stations.Getting the keys was a bit of an issue but that was on us - we should have read the instructions more clearly as they wee correct.Nice area just north of Hyde Park - very, very safe.Maria was quick to answer when we had a question.Love London!

The location and bed comfort were top! Very close to 2 tube stations (ease of getting to central London for many sites & Théâtre), walking distance to Hyde park, Notting Hill (great area) & restaurants nearby. One of the best pubs was Churchill Arms (a bit further) with wonderful Thai food in the back. The flat itself is very small, minimal (brought own shampoo, etc) & you could hear everything in the next flat, which was only a problem one night out of 8. All in all, considering the cost of rentals in London, great place to stay!

Cozy studio flat with great location

We had a good stay at this clean flat close to Kensington Gardens. Walking distance to Paddington and Lancaster Gate made it very easy to get around the city. Check in process is ok but not convenient. It would have been nice to have some extra towels and toilet paper since we stayed more than a week. Otherwise a good stay.

Little room on a lovely street close to Hyde Park

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s. It was on a great street with cafes, shops, and restaurants and was a very short walk to the tube. It is also a 5 minute or less walk to the Italian Gardens in Hyde Park which is a lovely area you have to check out. The check in process was easy, though it does involve picking up and dropping the key off about 5 minutes away. Maria was communicative in the check in and check out process. The flat is small but overall is a good stay for the value.

Great little apartment ideal for exploring London

The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable for our 2 night stay exploring London. Walking distance to 2 underground stations and Paddington station and round the corner from Hyde Park. On a road where there’s little eateries pubs and restaurants so no need to travel far for a nice meal. Just remember to read the instructions for check in before you reach the apartment. It will help!

Good location-

Property was as described. I would have liked a small chair that I could sit in to read, but otherwise the flat had everything I needed. Due to a water problem, I had to move (to another flat in the same building) midway through my stay, which was a bit inconvenient but nobody’s fault. I’d recommend this flat for a solo traveler.

The appartment is situated in a very nice location. Near the Paddington (train and tube) station and the lancaster station. Close to the beautiful Hyde Park and the Notting Hill neighberhood. It is small but everything is well included. We used the washing machine a lot during our stay. Very Practical. The addition of a ventilator was a minimal relief since the nights were really hot.But when we arrived, we had a huge problem. Three out of the four windows could not open during these very hot summer nights. Plus, we couldn't close the blinds as they were behind the windows. Hence, no fresh air and no privacy. We contacted the owner and got no response. As a couple, on vacation, we should have access to privacy, wich was denied from us as there are multiple appartments accross the street through the window. So we had to contact VRBO. Only after that call, the owner responded to our demands. We asked for a minimal refund for the three days/nignts without privacy but got nothing. Be warned.The other complaint was about the shower/bathroom. It is so warm/humid in there even with the fan. There is mold accumulation at the bottom of the shower. When contacted, the owner did nothing about it. Beware.Overall, we still found a way to have a nice stay, the coffe is nice accross the sreet. Enjoy London
