Rob was incredibly responsive as a host and the flat was exactly as described. It is an older, Victorian building but Rob keeps it very tidy. He waited for us to arrive and showed us around, explaining how to work things. It is very well equipped and appointed. It is in a great neighbourhood in London and really easy to get around. I would highly recommend Rob's flat to a couple for their stay in London.

Convenient location (short walking distance to two tube stations), quiet neighborhood, very clean property. Robert is also a fabulous host. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at Rob’s apartment. It is well equipped, comfortable and plenty roomy for 2. It is on the raised ground floor, so there are only a few steps from the road. It is well located, close to shops, buses and the underground.

The host took the time to show us around the flat, give us local recommendations and to make sure we had everything we needed. The flat and location was perfect, close to the tube and we looked forward to returning to it each night to rest. Already have recommended it to friends and would 100% stay there again!

Great location - easy walk to West Kensington station to get into central London (even with a subway strike we still had easy access - just ran less often but wasn't an issue at all). Convenient walk to a couple of small groceries (Tesco Express and Little Waitrose) plus a larger Tesco about 15 min walk away. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well appointed to cooking. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Loved our stay at this quaint flat. It was so well decorated, clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to restaurants and pubs nearby, as well as two tube stations. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Certainly is a cosy apartment. Plenty of space, nice, clean. Owner is awesome to work with. Delightful neighborhood, markets, community restaurants and tube stations very close by. Would recommend!

This was a perfect flat for my two week stay in London. Starting with the host - I got off the plane with an aggressive attack of sciatica, and the thought of walking from Barons Court station with two heavy bags was daunting. Without hesitation, Rob came to the station, and walked back to the flat with me CARRYING MY BAGS! That is truly service above and beyond what one might expect from a VRBO host. The flat was charming, and full of antiques and old prints. It had everything I needed, and when the hot water tank developed a slow drip , Rob came over immediately to repair it. The location is convenient, with just a short walk to buses and tube stations. The only drawback I found was the separate taps for hot and cold at the bathroom sink - a single tap with a mixing valve would be far more convenient (but probably difficult to achieve in an old building). Otherwise the flat was ideal, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any London visitor.

Great spot to stay

This is a great apartment for any stay in London. Located between two tube stops and close to shops and restaurants. Hosts are wonderful. Had everything we needed. Safe and lovely neighborhood.

Robert is a lovely host. He communicates quickly to any questions and has prepared a well stocked flat. The location is quiet and in short walking distance two both the Picadilly and District underground lines making it easy to get to Central London. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in this amazing apartment, Rob the owner has done a great job making the place comfortable and the whole process smooth from start to finish, it has everything you need for as long a stay as you wish, the rooms are spacious the bed comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need including washer/dryer, short walk to West Kensington Station and the local pubs, the apartment street level for easy access with suitcases, Rob is such a lovely person to deal with, we could not recommend this apartment highly enough, you will feel right at home.

Eine sehr nette Wohnung in einem alten Reihenhaus

Die Wohnung liegt in West Kensington in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, zwei Stationen der U-Bahn (unterschiedliche Linien) sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kleine Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Rob, der Vermieter, hat uns persönlich begrüßt und einiges erklärt. Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Einziges Manko war die schlechte Matratze in einem recht kleinen Bett. Ansonsten gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Great apartment - Great location!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay in Roberts apartment. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Nice and quiet day and night- and easy stroll to the tube stations. Would recommend this as a perfect base to discover London and surrounding areas.

Great Location

The location is great. Straight shot from the airport using the underground and close to 2 different lines, groceries and stores makes it a great location. Very quite, safe neighborhood. Communication was great. We took a side trip to France with a late return. We had lost our US-UK power adapter and Robert was able to lend us one of his so we were able to use and recharge devices late that night when we returned. Very good customer service. The bed is small, no doubt about that. A double at best. Always fun to live like a local for a few days.

It is indeed a cosy apartment

Rob has done a great job of setting the scene in this one-bedroom apartment. Neat and tidy, with lots of interesting knickknacks. The kitchen is furnished well-enough for light cooking, and the laundry machine a definite bonus. The property is an easy walk from two underground stations (one on a direct line from Heathrow) and there are several pubs and take-out places nearby. We arrived on an early flight, and Rob was willing and able to let us in early (no one had the previous night booked). If we visit London again, we will definitely attempt to stay here.
