Just Lovely!

This was our second stay. We love that the house is located in town so you can still get around in bad weather. A great location if you are looking to visit Cherry Springs State Park and The PA Grand Canyon. The house has everything you need and is a good fit for a group or a family. Hosts are just lovely and responsive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

The house was very clean and cozy. When the weather didn’t cooperate for our original plans, the owner proved great recommendations of sites and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely guest home

We had a lovely stay. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Coffee bar and plenty of linens and towels. Host was so kind and responded to messages right away. Highly recommend this property!

Night sky program.

Very close location to where we had arrangements to view the beautiful night sky program. Guest house was perfect for my family!

Excellent little cottage

I stayed at this property for 2 nights for a much needed break. It was perfect. I would definitely stay again. It was beautifully decorated. Clean and comfortable you will not regret staying here.

Beautiful guest house!

We were a group of 6 family members, who stayed a 3 day weekend to enjoy a local event. The location to town was perfect as within an easy walking distance, approximately 2 blocks. The guest house has been newly renovated, very clean and has all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. We had a wonderful weekend and would stay again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend this rental!!

Just Wonderful!

What a beautiful guest house! So nicely decorated, super clean and organized. The four of us felt like we were being pampered. Everything about this place was luxurious from the bedding and linens to the shampoos and soaps. There was even a great coffee bar. The owner was great! Friendly and very accommodating. She had towels for our doggies and gave us suggestions on where to star gaze. She knows what guests want during a stay. We can't wait to stay there again!

Worth the drive

So we drove 5 hrs from Philadelphia to Coudersport PA to view the Dark Skies at Cherry Springs State Park. The only thing comparable to the amazing stars that we witness was the hospitality and friendliness of Jarrod and Jalyn. My family felt right at home and so did I. If we were ever heading out that way we’d definitely stay on Ludwig Ln again!

Beautiful and Comfortable House for stargazing trip

This was one of the nicest properties we’ve ever stayed in! Very clean and beautifully appointed. Nice back year, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms. The owners were responsive and helpful. Good location in downtown Coudersport with 10 minute drive to stargazing tour with Greg Snowman or 20 minutes to the park. We highly recommend!

Warm & Inviting

This home is lovely! After being in Wellsboro for the xmas festival, it was wonderful to come back to the house, light the fire and relax. The house was warm and cozy. The back yard was fenced in and my Lab loved it. Coudersport is a cute town!

Clean, cute, comfy and cozy!

This bungalow was exactly as advertised. We loved our short stay but hope to return soon. Very clean, updated yet quaint, quiet and convenient, cozy yet plenty of room. Our hosts were perfect! We needed to change our dates twice due to weather and they were graciously flexible. I recommend this hidden gem whole heartedly whether a short or long stay! Hope to be back sometime soon!

Ludwig house was a perfect place to stay for our visit with family in the Coudersport area. The home is beautifully decorated with each room having its own character. There were plenty of blankets, it snowed while we were there! Towels and toiletries are available for each room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and spices. The coffee bar was a highlight. The host was welcoming and available nearby for any questions. We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home!

We are a family group of 6, who just returned from a 3 day stay at the Ludwig House. The home is beautifully decorated with every amenity you could possibly need. We were there to participate in the Eliot Ness Fest, and this home is within 2 blocks of downtown, which is a perfect location for us. Jalyn is very helpful and responds quickly to any questions. We highly recommend this rental, and hope to enjoy it again next year!

Ludwig Guest House

The Ludwig Guest House is better than advertised. The cottage is absolutely adorable. We found it to be super clean and cosy and we felt at home immediately. The kitchen was nicely appointed, the coffee bar was a real plus for us. Mattresses and pillows were really comfy and there were tons of fluffy towels for our family of 8. We also enjoyed the relaxing on patio after a day of exploring the Coudersport area. Jalyn was a wonderful host, accommodating in every way. We would definitely stay at the Ludwig Guest House again - it was perfect in every way.

Highly recommended!

Stayed for 4 nights with my family (one adult, 4 kids aged 11-20), everything was as described, even better than expected. The entire house was SO clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Felt like the perfect combination of home and hotel. My kids LOVED the coffee bar in the kitchen, many types of coffee/tea. Excellent communication from the owner, and they are very close by if needed. Location was great, in walking distance to "downtown" Coudersport. Close to gas, groceries, restaurants, only 20 minutes from Cherry Springs. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely Wonderful Place!

If I could rate this property 10 stars I would. It is impeccably clean, welcoming, warm and full of the little things that make a trip wonderful. Check in and communication were a breeze, and the hosts are delightful and very responsive. The bedrooms are roomy, and the beds are oh so comfortable. We had to leave early because of a medical emergency back home, and Jalyn was so kind and considerate. I found myself so sad to be leaving this little haven early and am already planning a trip back for rest, relaxation and comfort. You won't find a better stay!

Washed out start gazing.

We had a lot of plans but we still enjoyed our stay. The little town and the Pa. Grand Canyon. We had a small issue but the owner came owner right away and took care of it. The house was homey and the the decor made it welcoming. Thanks to all the games the owner had we made the best of the bad weather. I would recommend this place to all friends and family. Thank you.

All the comforts of home

This property has absolutely everything you could need, including all kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, etc. There is a fully stock coffee and tea beverage center. The house was spotless. The fenced yard had two outdoor tables and a grill. It was within walking distance to town, but unfortunately due to an emergency we only got to stay one night. I would definitely stay again.

This place is awesome!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our dogs LOVED the yard and felt very much at home there. My husband was doing his “star stuff” in Cherry Springs so it was just 3 of us at the house most of the time, and our dogs. The house is furnished beautifully and they have everything you need too. There was coffee, creamer, hand soap, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, soap to wash dishes, so many dish towels, body wash, shampoo, face wipes, towels of every size & so much more! We had a great time and will definitely book this house again. Thank you for a wonderful 4 day weekend, we had a blast!!!!

Excellent Home away from home...

My friends and I went ro Coudersport to fish (the men) and star gaze. The house was perfect for us. The firsy thing we noticed as we figured out rooms was that it was immaculate...realy, really clean. The kitchen was spacious, rooms were large... beautifully decorated. It was very, very comfortable. We sat outside at the table and talked about the day. We were very thankful tha we all enjoyed our stay at the property. ALso, great communication!

January Stargazing

Three friends and I stayed here three nights in January - it was cold and snowy, but this house was so cozy we hardly noticed! Communication with the hosts was excellent. Our first night there a winter storm came in and the power went off and on a few times. They ran over flashlights and were very friendly. The house is within walking distance to the Main Street in town. You can also walk to a shop and save for groceries, and the kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils. An excellent option if you’re going to Cherry Springs to see the stars!

Perfect

The cottage is perfect. beautifully decorated, very comfortable and meticulously clean. Appears recently renovated and all the furnishings are new. The beds are wonderful. Bathrooms are new. Appliances new. Nice fenced yard which was great for our small dog. Quiet dead end street one block from the small downtown area. Small grocery store within walking distance. We drove to Cherry Springs each night which is why we came. About 20 mins which worked well. No complaints !
