The place is very nice. Clean, convenient location. Parking spots are an added bonus. The only thing we had issue with was the lack of pots/pans and functioning knives in the kitchen. But would absolutely stay again.

This condo was lovely! It was very, very clean, with nice appliances and a comfortable living room. I received texts to make sure all was good, which I found very thoughtful. Everything was great!

Cleaning crew was awesome! Great place to just stay and do day trips perfect for everything we needed! Centrally located for us to go visit and go every where we wanted!

Overall, we had a good stay. The unit was newly updated and looked just like the photos, which we appreciated. It had the basic essentials, but I’d recommend bringing a few extras like trash bags, a normal size frying pan and dish soap if you plan to cook during your stay.The only downside was a strong dog urine odor in the unit that was noticeable during our visit.Parking was easy and convenient, and the location was great. It was an easy walk to the beach and nearby attractions. Just be aware that the walk back is uphill, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with young children, a wagon, or beach gear.Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay with a great location

The apartment was immaculate and we had a great time. It was about a ten minute walk to the beach and it wasn't bad at all for parents with two kiddos with a wagon. I really appreciated the comfortable beds and being able to wash our clothes with the washer and dryer. The beach was absolutely beautiful and we were so grateful we were able to use their beach chairs for the trip too!However, I didn't realize the apartments were animal friendly at the time of purchase. The intense dog urine smell coming from the living room was overpowering and it made it nearly impossible to sit in the living room. It was a bummer we couldn't all relax or watch TV since there were no TVs in the bedrooms. That said, we really had a great time and the apartment was extremely comfortable and clean. May need to stay at a non-animal friendly spot next time though....

We truly wish you had brought this to our attention during your stay so that we could have investigated the issue and worked to resolve it while you were here. We take any concern regarding cleanliness or odors very seriously. As soon as we received your review, we immediately inspected the condo, but we were unable to replicate the smell you described. Nonetheless, we wanted to be proactive and, out of an abundance of caution, had our housekeeper shampoo the carpets and upholstery. We want every one of our homes to be immaculate, fresh, and welcoming for every guest. We also understand that knowing a property is pet-friendly is an important consideration for some guests, and we’re sorry this affected your experience. We appreciate your positive comments and hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future.

House sits at the top of the hill and is right in the middle of everything! Was a wonderful stay, would gladly return again

Great location!!!

Cleanliness and communication is 5 stocked with all kitchen equipment. The convenience to OOB and surrounding attractions!! My family and I will rebook this rental in future visits! Highly recommend this location.

Great property with everything you need to spend a week at the beach. Clean, comfortable and quiet. I traveled with my partner and two adult children. We have been staying here for the last 4 years. Excellent!

Perfect stay!

We had a perfect week at this condo! It’s impeccably clean and in a great location. Communication with the owner/manager was easy and they answered our questions quickly. We would love to stay here again!

Nice and clean, best beach house!

This property is newly renovated, and very clean and beautiful. Also it is very close from the beach!!! We will definitely come back again next year!

Maine vacay

The condo was updated and clean! Just a bit farther from the beach than we imagined, but a nice downhill walk, so not too bad. It was a nice quiet and peaceful location. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome.

My husband and I enjoyed our 5 night stay. It was a perfect place to bring our small dog. The accommodation were excellent. The kitchen was perfect to make all of our meals. We definitely will return and we definitely recommend this place.
