Double lot compound with 90 feet of Waterfront and beach- three structures - main house 3 BR's all with ensuite bathrooms, ice machine, two refrigerators ,guest house 3 BR's (two kings and 1 queen) 2 with en suite bathrooms and third kids area with 8 bunk beds. No bathroom in bunk bed area. 6.5 bathrooms total in the front and back house. *Internet in front house only, dock for one large boat and one jet ski - everything you need for a great family and or friends get together. Beautifully furnished with hosting guests in mind. Two minutes by boat to Pirates Den. *No boat ramp - inaccessible and gated. Public ramp area Patria Flats is two minutes away.

Great Big Family Home

We stayed at Luis' place with our extended family. We had 3 year olds up through 65 year olds and all had a blast! The house is nicely appointed with everything you need for a great time...AC, plenty of refrigeration, ice, a nice boat dock. It's our second time here and we'd definitely come back.

This property is amazing and great for large groups. Each room had its own bathroom! The view is stunning and there is tons of parking. Pam is a great communicator and left a beautiful fruit basket for us.

Great home for large group

We had an excellent vacation here in Parker. The home was more than we imagined, an over abundance of beds for our large group of adults. Pam and Luis were excellent hosts. The pre-arrival was easy, and Pam was ready for as at the home as soon as we arrived, with a welcome gift as well! The river accessibility and front yard is what drew us to the home and it did not disappoint. The only comments our group had was that the wifi was not the greatest and cell service out there can be spotty, but in the main house it was enough for us to make due. We will definitely be returning to stay at this property in Parker.

Family Reunion

This is our second time enjoying this incredible property. Pam was so nice and left us a beautiful fruit basket upon arrival. Our Family really enjoyed our time on the Parker strip.

Perfect location on the river

Our family Loved the house, rented pontoon boat and jet skis from Pirates Den, so quick and easy. Pam was amazing and always available.

Good and Bad!

I was given code to get into home. We let ourselves in then received call from Pam told us we werent suppose to be in home! She was very nasty! House was dirty no hot water to back house. Barbecue broke propane tanks feeled but coulndt barbecue second day because it was having problems, dirty floors filty windows! View incredible ice machine loved docking stations perfect!

Amazing trip

We had 16 family amd friends come and the house was phenomenal. We loved every part of it. But the beach and the dock were amazing. We were able to rent a boat and a jet ski and had a blast. My wife told me we have to come back and we definitely will rent thos again. The only issue is the lights at night. But now we know to use flashlights going frok front house to the back houses were the kids sleep. Thank you for sharing your spectacular home with my family and friends.

Awesome house and location

This is our go-to house in Parker. We are a large family with multiple kids aged from 1 to 10. Plenty of room for us all to stay, hang out and enjoy the river. Owners are great to work with and will definitely be back again!

Great place to stay!

We always come out to Parker with large groups of family and friends and is hands-down. Our favorite place to stay! So much room for everyone right on the river, you have your own grassy area and beach! Couldn't ask for anything more. I and Property are so easy to work with! We will keep coming back!
