Amazing!
Double lot compound with 90 feet of Waterfront and beach- three structures - main house 3 BR's all with ensuite bathrooms, ice machine, two refrigerators ,guest house 3 BR's (two kings and 1 queen) 2 with en suite bathrooms and third kids area with 8 bunk beds. No bathroom in bunk bed area. 6.5 bathrooms total in the front and back house. *Internet in front house only, dock for one large boat and one jet ski - everything you need for a great family and or friends get together. Beautifully furnished with hosting guests in mind. Two minutes by boat to Pirates Den. *No boat ramp - inaccessible and gated. Public ramp area Patria Flats is two minutes away.

Absolutely beautiful property! Very clean and spacious. The direct access to the river was so convenient! Plenty of space outside and inside for a big family! We would 100% would stay again. The host and property manager were very helpful and responsive. We had everything we needed and more. Definitely recommend booking your next family vacay here!

Pam and Luis were great. Any questions we had were handled in a timely manner and the location on the river was perfect. We would definitely go back.

Great house for couples and older kids, each room had is own bathroom. Lots of space, parking and great outdoor space. Awesome view with boat slip.

Great location we stayed twice because of that. 4 celling fan's didn't work, sand on floors was from the people before us, the master shower was dirty, sides of the island we cleaned. the door to the bunk house is hard to open and close. the ice maker was not working. the freezer is missing shelves and the fridge drawer fell out everytime it was opened. the shower in the master of main house was dirty, The guest house main bedroom had two hairs on the sheets my daughter stripped and washed before they could use. the celling fans on the patio don't work, one of the two in the master over your head was to scarry to use wasn't sure if it was going to drop during the night. before I rented I would ask if the owner has repaired the fans, bunk house door, ice maker, fridge and freezer. and if they have a cleaning crew. the location is the best, the price for what we got was sad.

Hi Becky. Most of this was my fault with the scheduling. I try to leave a day between bookings but missed manually blocking the day so it was a same day in/out which we rarely do. The property was large enough to accommodate a large Family gathering. The property manager was extremely responsive helpful. We really enjoyed the riverfront location.

12 of us stayed Friday-Monday. There was more than enough space, the house had everything we needed and then some and everything was really great! We loved the location and the host was wonderful. We hope to be back.
