The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed and the location was excellent for sitting on the balcony sipping coffee or cocktails and listening to the waves.

We really enjoyed our stay. Water was great and it was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the waves and the pelicans fly by.

Great property, thoughtful host they jad batteries in the door lock replaced as a precaution so we wouldnt get locked out during our stay. Property is in a great location and super cute and exactly what we were looking for. We Loved our stay there!

The condo is clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and right on the beach! The view from the patio is gorgeous and perfect for unwinding after a busy beach day. We had a wonderful time!

Prime location!

Perfect location, steps from the beach. Balcony is spacious and great beach view. The condo is very clean which is the first thing i look for. We made breakfast every morning and the kitchen has everything we needed. We will definitely book again.

Wonderful beach house vacation

The beach is several footsteps away! Nice and cozy beach house with all you need. Great place to stay. The unit is located on the top floor so be prepared to bring up all your stuff up stairs. There is a nice bar and grill within walking distance that has a fun outdoor area for adults and kids.

Great place for a relaxing getaway.

Exactly as advertised. Very clean and so cute! Awesome view of the gulf from the deck. Quite neighborhood. Loved our time there. Would definitely rent again! Thank you for sharing your great property with us.

Top floor with unobstructed views overlooking the beach, I mean I’m not sure what else you could ask for. We enjoyed sunrises in the morning on the main deck and sunsets on the smaller back porch deck. Both provided plenty of relaxation. The inside looked brand new and was adequately supplied. Very clean, spacious for our group of 4. Steps to the beach. Pelicans soaring in formation right over the decks. We enjoyed it and will be “starring” this one as fave to return.

Amazing

I believe we found the place we will continue to book for years to come. Beautiful home, lots of space. Everything you need for a week stay. Short walk to the water front. Beautiful view of the Beach. Amazing overall. Definitely recommend for those with young kids

Family friendly

This beach house had a great location and was very comfortable for our young family. The layout made it feel very spacious and you are really just steps from the beach. Very clean, well maintained. The only issue we had was the smell of the water in one of the showers. Very sulfer like and it did smell in the living area once the bathroom door was opened, but it dissipated very quickly. I hear that’s not uncommon for Surfside in general. Also, the beach gear (umbrellas, boogie boards) were broken and not functional. Overall it was a very pleasant place to stay.
