This is the perfect place for two families to share. Great location and it has everything you need. I can’t believe how affordable this was. We will definitely be back again soon.

The property is located very close to the beach. The accommodations were perfect for my adults kids and my younger one. We have stayed here before and were happy to return! I do bring my own kitchen tote that has additional butcher knives, BBQ equipment and whatever I know I need that is particular for our meals. The outside area has kids toys, beach toys, and a wagon! We are always happy with our stays.

House was beautiful in good location. Only thing is not enough pans and pots to cook with but we bought some. Definitely worth for the price. We loved our stay.

It's a okay place to stay . The beach is amazing. Fishing is okay. But had some neighbors that wanted to stay up all night with their music blasting. We had a great time there.

The beach house was excellent. Perfect for our needs during our stay. The beach is just a few feet away from the house so it was awesome.

This stay was awesome. With the beach just steps away from the home, it made it easy for my elderly family to enjoy the beach with us and return to the comfort of the home when ready. The house was clean and cozy. I’ve already recommended to others.

Very easy beach access. Close walk to nearby very good seafood. Beds were fortunately comfortable. Ocean view while laying in king master bed.However, we did find the very old & uncomfortable couch as a minus. Also the cheap hotel level k cup coffee maker was a minus. A newer used couch & a name brand Keurig would elevate the experience. I strongly suggest that the step before the first landing- obvious new construction- should be marked with "watch your step". The step is oddly spaced. We both banged our feet on it. The first night i spent icing what I feared was a broken toe after tripping & falling at that step. I have a large bruise on the other leg due to my fall. Overall not a 5 star stay, as some money needs to be spent. Location was good though.

Thanks for spending time reviewing your staying experience. We have replaced k cup and bunk bed mattress to better brand. Will replace the old sofa soon.

We enjoyed being steps away from the beach. Made it easy to walk back and forth for restroom trips, mixing drinks, and grabbing snacks instead of hauling all of that to the beach. There were no “extras” at all and is the only reason for lower rating. No soaps, no seasonings, no beach towels, to paper towels and had to arrange for some of it while we bought other items, but the host was always polite, apologetic, and responsive to our needs.

Thanks for taking your time reviewing your stay. We do provide dishwasher/hand wash soaps, and laundry detergent/ fabric softener at the house. paper towels and beach towels are also provided. However, beach towels are mixed with bath towels during laundry. sometimes guests accidently packed up our beach towels along their own at departure. During back to back summer rental, cleaning lady won't have time going over the towels during cleaning. We strongly encourage our guest pack up their own towels.
