Thank you so much for your great review. We appreciate the feedback and would have been happy to address this during your stay. Just so you know, the main lock is a deadbolt lock and would require either a key or a code to access. So sorry you felt unsafe during your stay but hope you decide to give us another shot at providing a great stay for you.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are so glad to hear that the check-in process was simple and that you enjoyed the condo, pool, and easy beach access. We also appreciate your note about the water pressure. We are happy you had a relaxing stay and hope to see you again.

Candice, thank you so much for your review and your feedback. We appreciate you letting us know about these issues. We do not keep any spices in the condo though unless guests leave them behind unopened. This has been a rule for us even prior to Covid. We do provide starter amenities like a roll of toilet paper in each bath, a roll of paper towels and a can liner for each garbage can and we mention this in our carefree instructions to make you aware. These items are meant to get you started but the remainder of the stay is up to guests. We do hope that you will be back to stay with us again soon though.

Curtis, thank you so much for your feedback on our condo as well as the resort. We will be checking out the ice maker issue and calling out an appliance repair company if needed. I will also address the issues you mentioned at the pool deck with HOA. We do hope to see you back soon though.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry for the experience you described and for the lack of communication regarding the visits to the condo. That is never how we want a guest to feel. We have addressed this with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure proper notice and respect for guest privacy moving forward. We also appreciate the notes on cleanliness and supplies so we can make improvements. We are glad you still enjoyed your trip overall and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns.

Chris, thank you for your great review. We aer so glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you soon. Take care.

Tracey, thank you so much for your great review. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us and how convenient everything was for you. Take care.
