Super cute, great location. Perfect for a mother/daughter trip with my 10 year old. We felt safe, loved the access to the beach, the umbrella and chair service, and the multiple pools. Super close and walking distance to the aquarium, the pier, places to eat, and the adventure park. The kitchenette was sufficient; the tv's are old and outdated, but it was retro and cute. Would have loved if beach towels were provided, but overall everything was perfect for our trip! Thank you!

The condo was good. The property was nice and the beach was close. The beach attendants were not helpful. Reserved our chairs and umbrella, but when we got there at 3pm they were already put away, but it said they were available until 5pm. The staff checking for wristbands were rude and made you feel unwelcome.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Chris. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the condo and appreciated the proximity to the beach. However, we’re truly sorry to learn about the issues you faced with the beach attendants and the staff checking for wristbands. That shouldn’t have happened, and we understand how frustrating it can be when expectations aren’t met. We take your feedback seriously and will address these concerns with the relevant teams to ensure a more welcoming atmosphere for our guests in the future. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we want every aspect of your stay to reflect that. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again, as we’d love the opportunity to provide you with a more seamless experience next time.

Location was great, short walk to the beach. The room itself was perfect for a couple. However, there was a very musty smell our entire stay, the filter to the air conditioning was disgusting and probably hasn’t been changed in a long time . The decor was cute, very tropical vibes. The tvs were so old and tiny you could barely see what was on. Cleanliness was ok. Room for improvement in that area. There were stains on the couch. Also in the restroom, some of the trim around the floor of the shower was coming off and also the seal to the shower was moldy. All these things are simple fixes that would make a huge difference to the next tenants.

Thank you, Melanie, for sharing your thoughts about your stay with us. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the great location and found the room to be perfect for a couple. However, we truly appreciate your feedback regarding the musty smell and the air conditioning filter. That shouldn’t have happened, and we’re committed to addressing these issues promptly. We also take cleanliness very seriously, and we’re sorry to hear that the couch and bathroom trim did not meet our usual standards. Your comments about the decor and the TVs are noted, and we’ll certainly look into those as well. I have been staying at this property (other units) since it was opened and have always had great experiences. This booking was last minute, so we took what was left. I now know why this was available. Everything in the condo was junk. All of the furniture was falling apart, the beds were awful, toaster was broken, can opener was broken, shower does not have any type of shelf to hold things so soap, shampoo etc. is just on the floor. There are 2 TVs with many remotes that did not work. We messaged for help on getting the TVs to work and no one ever showed up. The floor was covered in sand which is understandable at the beach, but my other units were much cleaner in the past upon arrival. If you are looking for a view keep looking. Only positive is that the AC worked well.

It’s clear that several aspects of your visit fell short, from the condition of the furniture to the issues with the TVs and cleanliness. Great Location!

We would definitely stay at this resort again! The condo was clean and a short walk to the beach. There’s only one condo next door then none for several miles so it’s easy to walk down and feel like you’re on a private beach! Great for a weekend getaway! We especially loved being able to walk down and enjoy restaurants just a quick walk down the beach and only a 5 minute drive to the Margaritaville area in Destin.

It was perfect for a couple! There's a 2 burner stove top but no oven. We didn't plan to cook anyway. We ate breakfast & lunch in the room. It didn't have much silverware. I think it only had 2 small spoons along with 4 forks & knives. We've stayed at that resort before. We liked the lazy river after a day at ths beach. It's great having beach service included! Very short walk to the beach.

Very clean condo! Several pools to choose from. The room is on the same floor as the air walk that takes you back and forth to lazy river and beachside. Very convenient! Also, resort is right next to the boardwalk where your will find several beach front restaurants and shops! Awesome place to take the family!

It was clean. The location was great. Several easy repairs could be made. The A/C not working when we arrived was pretty bad. We reported it the afternoon of arrival (tried to give it time to cool) called again the next morning, then maintenance finally arrived around 11 the next day & fixed the air. The actual resort, location, & cleanliness of the unit were great though.
