The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and has a small desk for remote working or solving a puzzle. Windows open to the wooded setting allowing guests to pause and watch nature.
The third bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed and a twin bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds.
The guest bathroom includes a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. A half bath adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Use the gas bar-b-que and outdoor dining area for 10 to dine al fresco. In the evenings, gather around the cozy wood-burning fire pit.

The house is designed to be hypoallergenic. The radiant floor heating keeps the tile floor warm in the winter and cool to the touch in the summer.
Access to the home is via one step at the entryway. The house is equipped with a whole house ventilation system, exchanging the stale, humid air with fresh, filtered (MERV 15) air each hour while maintaining the inside temperature. The property does not have air-conditioning.

THE LOCATION
Walk just 20 minutes to Netarts Bay from your conveniently located rental! Rent a boat at the Netarts Bay Marina to explore the local waters. The marina also offers crab pot rentals if you wish to try your hand at a favorite local pastime.
When dining out, head to Upstairs Bar & Grill or The Schooner Restaurant & Lounge, both a 15-minute walk. For more dining options, coffee houses, and breweries, head to Tillamook for a variety of offerings along the Oregon Coast Highway (12 minutes).
The house is near the Three Capes Scenic Loop allowing for leisurely drives along this off-101 area of the Oregon coast. Along the loop guests can visit the Bayocean Spit to see the town that fell into the ocean. The 1890 Cape Meares Lighthouse is a great activity with wide open ocean views. Between Cape Meares and Cape Lookout is Sand Lake, an area popular with off highway vehicle enthusiasts. (Oregon OHV permit required to take your vehicle on the sand dunes.) Visit Cape Lookout (12 minutes) for nearby hiking trails. Farther south Cape Kiwanda and Pacific City (30 minutes) offer some of the best surfing on the Oregon coast.
There are several places nearby where a fisherman can catch steelhead salmon or head offshore for tuna or halibut.
Take a day trip to the gorgeous Tillamook State Forest, offering 364,000 acres of unspoiled nature. Stop at the famous Tillamook Creamery on your way home for delicious treats.
The nearby Tillamook Air Museum is the largest wooden structure in the world and houses a collection of modern and vintage aircraft. The Latimer Quilt and Textile Center has rotating exhibits of vintage or contemporary textiles.
