This nicely finished condo has a large open main floor. Theres a beautiful and well appointed kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker (A whole pot or just a cup, your choice!) and a large island with stools, and a large dining table with 6 chairs. You will find the space opens to the living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a smart TV.

The top floor has 2 large bedrooms that each have their own private en suite bathroom. Both bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers for your convenience. (2 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms)

There is a 2 car garage with additional free parking on the street. It is a beautiful, quiet, and safe residential neighborhood just minutes from the shopping and dining on the Coralville strip and minutes driving to the University and Kinnick stadium (Go Hawks!).

We really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood is very nice and the place was clean, modern, comfortable, and accommodating for both adults and kids. My 3 year old loved the kid toys in the living room! It was the perfect spot for my little family to stay - we would definitely stay again!

This home was so nice for our stay. The property is practically brand new in a super nice neighborhood. Very quiet and safe surroundings. Plenty of parking room and lots of room inside the house. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Safe quiet neighborhood. Condo was clean and had many helpful essentials. If you are traveling with a baby or young child I noticed they had a lot of things there such as a pack and play, high chair, toys, and plates. More spacious than a hotel and the garage was really nice to have during our rainy stay.

The house was clean and in very good condition. It was nice to be able to use the garage with the weather. Furniture was comfy. Beds were firm. Location was convenient to the hospital and it was a quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay!

Great stay!

This is our second time staying at this VRBO. It is a great location, new, and very clean. Near shopping and restaurants. Also like using the sidewalks and trails in the area.

Incredibly clean and well planned VRBO. All very modern interior and up-to-date.Two car garage parking with my Q access was very, very convenient. Great location with easy access to the university and a lot of dining options.

Excellent place to stay

Stayed at the Hawkeye Retreat with friends to watch our son’s hockey games. The place was absolutely perfect, clean, as described, in a beautiful new neighbourhood. Our first ever trip to Iowa City and if we return next year we will definitely rebook here.

Great for short weekend

Place was perfect for our short stay during my son's graduation. Only thing is the beds are "very firm" so not that comfortable and the kitchen sink disposal did not work.

Kate, Thank you for staying with us. I’m sorry the disposal wasn’t working, we were not aware. Now that we know we can have that repaired. We do have bed toppers for guests that prefer a softer mattress. Next time please ask and we can accommodate. Christine

We enjoyed our stay very much. The townhouse was exceptional clean and we liked the layout a lot (especially the kitchen!) We had everything we needed. It's in a very quiet neighborhood. The garage was a plus. Very nice place. We would consider staying again if we are ever in that area.

Lovely getaway on outskirts of town

Beautiful townhouse on the outskirts of town. Quiet neighborhood with nice bike/walking paths nearby. Will definitely keep this on my short list for future stays in the area! Very comfortable and conveniently located.

Great property/Great location

The condo was very clean and had great amenities. The location is close to the university. Communication was quick and informative. We will definitely stay here for future visits if it’s available.

Im Christine, I grew up in Iowa and attended the University of Iowa (Go Hawks!). I now live in the Chicago suburbs with my husband and our 3 daughters. I frequently come back to Iowa to visit and now have a wonderful place to call home when we visit.

I searched for a short term rental for my family when we were visiting. When I realized there wasn't anything that I wanted to stay in, I decided to create my own. For travelers like myself who want a nicer place to stay while in town. I love our condo and hope you do as well!

In a safe and quiet neighborhood just minutes from the shopping in Coralville, restaurants, and the University.
